This product does nothing more than argan oil or an other oil-based hair dressings at a fraction of the price. Save your money.PS— I love Maison 276’s 3-step system, but this product is a no-go.

It's been another good help in helping heal my scalp. The last year or so has been awful for it. The dryness last summer, then this last winter has set off my psoriasis on my scalp, worse then it's been in many years.This doesn't burn or sting my scalp like some. It goes on the scalp well enough, but is a little heavy in the hair. Can also make it very greasy or oily. Plus haven't seen a lot of benefits from using it on my hair itself. That and with as oily as it feels I wouldn't really dare run a straightener through it. I'd be worried it would burn my hair. Or worse yet get too close and burn my the skin on my neck. Never been able to use oils of most types in my hair. Most of them don't help the scalp like this one does.Truly doesn't matter to me, all I care is how well it works on my scalp. As long as it helps out my scalp which of course gets rid of the flaking from it as well. Also cutting back on the itching from it, and everything else that comes along with it. That is all I truly care about with it.

The product has an oily texture. The scent is light, kind of a citrus & floral blend. I don’t dislike it, but it isn’t wonderful either. The first time I used it, I used about 4 drops each side of hair, left/right. It was a bit too much as my hair dried a little oily. I should mention I have long hair, several inches below my shoulders. The second time I used a drop or 2 each side. It did define my curls, without any frizz. It still left a little bit of an oily feel. Not sure it is exactly right for my hair type, but did leave my hair soft. The one thing I really liked about it is, I have had this itchy spot back center of my head. I have been putting it on that spot. I do have scar tissue there from decades ago & it has been a little irritated. I have tried conditioners, aloe, etc. & nothing has worked until this. It really has managed that irritation. So for me it has helped my scalp, but not as sure about using as a leave-in. The fact that it helped my scalp issue makes it worth the order. I would say for others, it would depend on your hair type if it is right for you. A good product, but probably not for everyone. I feel like it is reasonably priced, as a little goes a long way!

I liked that the oil was lightweight and moisturizing- I have 4C hair and my daughter has 4A/B hair. The oil works great for both our hair.I didn’t really like the smell, it doesn’t smell bad, it just doesn’t smell great but it’s a faint smell

This hair oil smells SO good! I have been using it for about a week on my thinning edges and while I haven't seen much progress by way of hair restoration or growth, it is lightweight and smells good. I also like the dropper application which is great for controlled application to my hair.

Just a quick note first: the bottle arrived sealed but leaking oil.I have really dry skin, my scalp included, which tends to flake. I know I need to use something moisturizing that goes directly on the scalp and have used both coconut oil and castor oil in the past, but those ended up going down into my hair and making the top part of my hair look greasy.This Maison 276 Repairing Serum has been fantastic, so far. I use it right after washing my hair, massaging it right into my scalp on the topmost part of my head, where the flaking seems to happen the worst. It is a very lightweight serum, and it absorbs into my scalp and roots of my hair quickly, leaving everything moisturized and flake-free!I have used it on the length of my hair as well, but have not noticed any difference as far as controlling frizz or repairing split ends, but it does give my hair a healthy looking shine that doesnt look heavy or greasy.The scent is very pretty, light and lovely. and the packaging is super attractive. Im convinced this is a Godsend serum based on its performance on my scalp alone. Do recommend!

This made my hair look oily. I feel like I could have dumped baby oil in my hair and gotten the same results. It's possible that I'm using it wrong but I just didn't like the look. I stopped using this pretty much right away.
