Solid!
Great net, pretty easy to set up although it will take a minute. It’s been able to withstand a lot of shots off the crossbar but it is a bit wobbly. It’s an excellent net to use if you don’t have to pay & $200 for one from Bauer

Sturdy and Great
This net has by far been one of my greatest purchases for practicing in my driveway. The metal is sturdy while still being regulation sized. Using it like crazy!

Awesome once you put it together!
A little bit of a pain to put together but mainly just because it’s big! Overall awesome product, that has already brought hours of quality family time to our home! Love it and highly recommend, especially for any hockey fans!

Scores A Hat Trick!
This is a robust, heavy duty goal/net the size of a regulation NHL-size goal. It's substantial (meaning it feels like a sturdy, heavy goal) and that means you've got a goal that will stand up to more than just occasional use. You're probably not going to move it about all that much, but you can if you want/need to. When I saw the term "Quikset" I thought it referred strictly to the net. Technically, I guess it does (relatively speaking), but the goal also sets up very quickly.Assembly of goals like this is usually a painful chore. It's not usually the pipes; rather, it's the net. The problem with the "old school" style of goal is the pipes have to be threaded through the net. What a time-consuming, boring, and tedious process! So that's where this goal's "Quikset" approach comes in handy: just pop together the 13 pipe pieces that make up the frame, drape the net over the pipes, and start attaching the net to the pipes via the "Quikset" clamps (you'll need to supply your own screwdriver). At a relaxed pace, 5-10 minutes for the pipes and 20-30 minutes for the net (this net part is faster than the "old school" way, but still mind-numbingly boring/tedious). The "Quikset clamps save a bunch of time, but for me the biggest benefit to the "Quikset" approach is that it saves the net: the net doesn't drag along the ground so there's no ripping, fraying, etc. What is also nice is the "top shelf." Many hobby/home goals don't have this feature. And honestly it really isn't all that important if all you are doing is shooting on it. But if you're a goalie the top shelf is a big deal as goalies are trained to be "in" the net (and the top shelf allows you to do that). The price is not cheap (mainly because it's not a cheap goal), but it's also not unreasonable ($109.62 Amazon price at the time of this review). I think you'll agree there's a high quality of materials (net, pipes, etc.) and a high quality of manufacture and fit. The shooting board is nice but could easily be replaced by a piece of plywood or something similar. If you're worried that this goal will be of limited value (meaning, hockey only) I think it works well for soccer or lacrosse in that this goal - being smaller than either a soccer goal (by a lot) or a lacrosse goal (by a little: lacrosse goals are the same width but two feet taller) - could help sharpen shooting skills or accuracy. The materials are strong enough I think to withstand the more forceful impact of a soccer or lacrosse ball (at least for a bit). And yes, even a golfer might find it useful....In the end, I like it. Wish it packed up more easily when disassembled (and with that in mind I wish Franklin had thrown in a storage bag!). Wish it was a bit cheaper (but then, I'm always looking for a better deal!). In a wistful look back to my youth I can say that I wish we had stuff like this (i.e., a quality goal at a reasonable price) when I was playing roller hockey oh so long ago. Wow, two of these on a frozen pond or tennis court and you've got "pro ice"!A hat trick! 5 stars.

Would not recommend for adults
Pros: The assembly was fairly simple but hooking up the net was time consuming. Net is very durable and don’t see it ripping.Cons: the post of not as durable as I thought. Shooting ice hockey puts dented the post. Wouldn’t count on it lasting long term with an adult shooting ice hockey outs at it.What’s it good for? This would be a GREAT net for kids to youth who need something to shoot on.For adults I would recommend some thicker tubing.

Impressive
I am definitely impressed with both the simplicity and sturdiness of this product. Although I knew that the net was regulation size before I ordered it, I did not expect the steel construction to be nearly as rugged as it has proven to be. It's quite incredible that the manufacturer was able to break the goal down into as many small pieces as they did while maintaining how solid it feels once put together.About the only downside of this goal is that there is no real way to keep it in place. If it is on a slick surface like ice, it will move around pretty easily. If you are using it for something like soccer, it can become pretty easily dislodged by a hard kick. It's not a really big issue, but something to consider. Altogether, it's a great, solid product that should last for many years.

Good sturdy hockey goal. Quick and easy to set up.
As hockey goals go, this portable goal is lightweight and easy to set up and take down for easy transporting. As the title suggests it is easy and quick to set up. The net is polyester and comes already attached to the frame so there is not tying of the net involved. It is thick and strong. It is not a light weight easily torn skimpy net. The frame is heavy gauge steel tubing. This goal also comes with a shooting board so you can practice your shots on any surface. This is a good sturdy goal

Very low quality. Most of the screws holes were stripped out from the factory guy who installed them
My boy is very disappointed with the product. The net installation is very hard as the net is way too big and more than 20 clips have stripped out holes from the factory so they don’t hold the net in place.
