I love this little camera. It's the perfect one for my moms assisted living place, as she will use the usb's and no one will know the camera is there.It took me awhile to get it hooked up to the wifi router, but Crystal helped me out. My router did not have a password, so I had to create another connection and add a password. Then it connected and worked perfectly.The company sends you additional instructions as soon as it's delivered. Just follow the instructions and make sure you use the QR code, not the ezmode.Now I will feel at ease knowing I can check in on my mom and she is being taken care of.

This camera is junk! The charging ports don’t work at all. And it be nice if there was a way to secure it to a surface but there is not. It just moves and slides all over the place because of that cord. The camera only gives you a very small direct view as if your looking through the small peep whole on a front door if that helps give you a idea of what this view is like from the camera. Also it does have auto but no way to talk back from it. Very poor quality on the camera too blurry. I was not impressed at all. I’d send it back but it’s past my date to. I should of set it up right away and not of waited or I’d of had time to send it back.

The video is great and I had no issues getting that set up. But, I needed audio to hear what I'm watching but never could get that to work at all. It's like watching tv with it muted. Otherwise, great camera I would recommend if you don't wish to hear anything.

This product was sent to me and I thought it was going to work perfectly but it wouldn't connect. Spoke with Crystal and she walked me through all the steps. After the steps didn't go through or work she sent me a new one that worked perfectly even offered me other services. Great team behind this product.

It's been a few weeks and works perfectly fine also the customer service amazed me 5 stars

I followed the instructions to the letter, tired off and on for 3 days. Never did get it pair, no phone number to call, no tech support at all, when it failed to pair the instructions said to try again. Now it sits at the bottom of my trash bin. Save your money and move on to something else.

There is a little baby at home. I usually go to work and I am not at home. I asked an aunt to watch it, but I was worried, so I started with this hidden camera. After connecting the mobile phone Bluetooth, I can clearly see the situation at home on the mobile phone, and there is no sound. Delay. You can freely choose to save the video to the memory card or mobile phone, which is very convenient.
