I a good headset for my daughter who is an avid gamer she loves it and the mic works really well when she is recording video games or talking to friend who can hear her better than her previous headset. All in all a great headset which is a fair price as the quality speaks for itself.

The sound quality is not bad but I felt could be better., the design look good but I don't think this will last longer enough.Although there are quality one out there but I see this one as one of those budget one.

Working from home doing incoming calls this has been a great upgrade from my previous headset, its very comfortable to wear even on a 8 hour shift as it doesn't fold my ears back and the headband is easily adjusted. The sound quality coming through is clear as well as my voice going out through the mic. Its all very easy to adapt even the mic can be positioned to suit you, there as switches on the wire to control volume, mute ect really handy to have these close by - the wire is a little longer than expected though. Very happy with them and I will continue to use these at work.

This headset feels well made and it’s comfortable to use. I have sensitive ears but I found the ear pads comfortable. The sound is fine, but not exceptional. Do bear in mind that the headset can’t be used with a mobile phone without an adapter.

On the product pages it reads:Compatible devices PC with USB Lead, Cellphones, IP VoIP Phones, Cordless Phones, Analogue Home Phone, Digital Office PhonePC with USB Lead, Cellphones, IP VoIP Phones, Cordless Phones, Analogue Home Phone, Digital Office PhoneI assumed it works with PC and Smartphones. I think they could have been clearer to avoid ambiguity. I wanted it for VOIP calls using my Laptop. Out of the box, this only supports Phone Systems listed. PC and smartphone are compatible with additional purchases of appropriate leads. I will have to buy a USB Lead.Otherwise, it is light so comfortable to wear for long periods.

The product listing picture clearly shows a Jack on the end of these headphones. But it does not come with a Jack fitting. It only comes with a square phone connector for certain types of office and call centre phones. I wanted it for home working with my mobile So I am disappointed. I will have to try it whenever next I go in the office. It seems well made and good for the money but I cannot comment on sound quality which is the important thing.

It's disappointing to find (perhaps I should have paid closer attention to the productinformation - mea culpa!) that this headset is not compatible with my phone althoughwatching (subsequently) the short video on the product page an adapter can bepurchased separately from the seller to connect to your pc. The build seems ok, albeita bit flimsy and its reasonably comfortable on the ears but (as with a fellow revieweron this page) I have, as yet, been unable to test the product for sound quality.

I would love to give this a wonderful review but sadly the connection for this headset is nothing like the images on the sellers page nor the written information which suggests you can use this with a mobile phone, the true end connection is that which is shown on the video. So this review is based on it's look rather it's sound quality as I'm unable to review. It feels a nice quality headset, lightweight, comfortable padding on the ear pad and a nice length from the headset to the mic when trying on. Due to expecting to plug into a mobile I was dissapointed when the wrong connection arrived for a landline and not for a mobile.
