Works great, charges quickly and seems to last a long time. Do not hesitate to order as a replacement for Fitbit Flex. I ordered the 2-pack so I have a backup charger. Great value for a quality product.

Buy this one. It holds the Fitbit securely, it has a reset button, it's a good value. I have had bad experiences with others!

Great customer service! If charger doesn't work, clean your connections.
Updated review from one star to 5 stars. When I got the chargers they didn't work for me. When their customer service contacted me, I let them know. They have bent over backwards to help me. I received two new cables.Moments before the cables arrived my husband said, maybe we need to clean the connectors. He cleaned them and the first ones worked perfectly.So the product is great and the customer service is above and beyond what I ever expected.Feel confident in buying this product.Neither charger worked. Not even if you held it. Gave a couples of days and several tries. Disappointed because of all the good reviews.
