I tend to use the same pellets when smoking meat in my smoker. I gave these a shot and they work great. Good solid blue smoke that makes for a great smoky flavor. The only issue I have is the cost. For the price of a 4 lb bag of this, I can get a 20 pound bag of my regular pellets.

These pellets put out a lot of good quality smoke, but at $16.99 for a 4 pound bag (at the time of this review) they are very expensive. There are plenty of choices out there that provide more product at a better price.

Let’s be honest, this is a ridiculously high price for a mere pittance of pellets. Barely enough to even evaluate them. And while being honest, true smoke flavor require the low and slow method…but here's even more honesty – I don’t have that kind of time every time I want a smokey meat so a smoker tube and pellets are what I use. These pellets did impart a mild hickory smoked flavor to my beef though I would never pay that much when there are so many other pellets equally good for far less money.

Excellent pellets that deliver the flavor to our smoker and grill. Quality pellet without much crumbles.

I like the hickory smoke flavor of these pellets and the taste and how great they burn in your smoker I used them cooking some pork and beef ribs and it was just great
