I had one of these yesterday for dinner. It was pretty good. So I bought 2 more today. Very nice rice if you like coconut flavor. It cooked nice in the microwave too. Highly recommend!

The Thai brown rice is tasty and has fewer carbs than white rice. It’s helpful to be able to cook it in under two minutes when pressed for time. Great product.

I used this rice when making a shrimp and vegetable stir fry, the coconut flavor of the rice was perfect! Easy to make, and even better made a day ahead of time.

This is still Jasmin rice but just has a slight (and lovely) hint of coconut. Pairs well with both sweet and savory curry.
