I bought a couple of packs of these. They are overall a very good purchase and seem well-made, nothing is falling apart. I recommend if you want the wood to be bright do a little furniture polish or wood spray on them before you put them in your closet so they can absorb more moisture. I noticed they have dried out kind of in my closet even though I live in a humid place, Virginia.

They are very sturdy and made well. I was able to hang 2 pairs of pants on each hanger. They look very nice in my closet.

Attached the clips to the top jeans, each pair eventually ends up on the floor. If you try and move the hanger down the rod they immediately fall. These hangers are a waste of money. I do not review products on the internet but this was such a bad purchase I figured I would try and help a fellow human.

On these hangers, the clips on the stainless steel rod beneath the wood can be slid from minimal width to as wide as 12 inches. The clamps have strong springs to hold clothing firmly. The point where they contact clothing is protected by a ribbed silicone insert, so clothes are not damaged by being clamped between two pieces of steel.The connection of the metal rod to the wood is very strong. How they are connected is not visible, but I have tried very hard to pull the metal out just to see how well it would hold, and it did not move. The hangers will hold whatever weight of wet clothing you hang on them.
