TPS Setting Tool for KTM 2017+ EXC, 2016+ SXF, XC-F, Husaberg, Husqvarna, Model-3 Throttle Position Sensor Setting Tool

Fits perfect on 2012 KTM 590 Enduro R and functions as stated to get the TPS voltage corrected. FYI, screws are just tamper proof torx. No need to cut/dremel to get out-just get a cheap set of tamper proof bits. I was having flame out/stalling and found the TPS voltage was just under .5V-set to .6V per recommendations and it works perfect now.

I have bought the TPS Model-3 to diagnose my 2020 FE 350. The product is really easy to use and you have plenty of informational videos available from the makers. I would really like to take the time and point out how helpful Matt from TPS Tools has been over the email. I've explained the issues I have with my bike bogging down under full throttle and he always took the time to reply in detail to all my emails. Best customer service I have ever received. Thank you!

I thought I had written a review but apparently not. Not here anyway. I bought this little gem to help get better throttle response from my 2016 KTM 450SX-F. It worked as described. Made the power much cleaner and easier to ride. Not enough for me to keep the bike though. I traded it in for a 2016 Kawasaki KX450. Since this bike has a history of popping on deceleration, which the magazines couldn't seem to figure out how to fix, I decided to purchase one for it. His website technically doesn't list a TPS tool for the 16 KX but after some emails and sent pictures, the owner of TPS and I determined that he did indeed have it in stock. He sent me one and though the Kawi procedure is designed to use an external power supply, I simply started the bike, let it idle and checked the setting. Glad I did. It was way out of spec. Now it starts easy, no more popping, etc. I did get the OEM power harness from Kawi and double checked the settings with a 12v supply. Perfect.Thanks Matt from TPS Tool

Easy to use, works perfect along with a multimeter to set your tps.

Works like a charm. If you own a fuel injected bike, then you need this in your tool box. It's very simple to use, but you will need your own meter. Pick a meter up at Harbor Freight, and they always put a free meter coupon in their flyers.
