So far the bags have worked but it's been a week since I've packed some clothes and blankets.... So hoping they do work out. I haven't tried the hand vac yet but i plan to,... Curious to see how long it would take. I bought the the 7 jumbo bags because all my previous bags tore in storage due to heat they were a different brand. One thing I don't like is the closure has a cap that you have to screw on my previous brand didn't but as long as they work. I can never find enough bags in one size at the stores so this worked out. I tried looking at the dollar store like people suggest it but their large bags are tiny it's like a small? Plus when it vacuumed air out from 2 bags I used next day they were back up so that was seven bucks I could have used for these. Update so far two bags have not been able to vacuum they won't I think they're defective. I'm going to try one last time. Year later they definitely do not hold up. I wish I could remember the very first ones I bought that lasted years from a box store.

They work as expected. Had a bit of trouble with the vacuum sealing perfectly as it sucked the air out. It worked pretty well. Unfortunately, the jumbo size was way bigger than I actually wanted. They don't fold in half easily once you've sealed them, which is unfortunate. They did compress my extra blankets pretty well to save me a ton of space. The quality is decent for the price, and I have had no problems in the last few months with leaking, which some people have complained about. Great value, overall. Would definitely purchase again if needed (but maybe not in the jumbo size, as that isn't the most practical).

I LOVE these bags! My house was overflowing with blankets and quilts and I didn't have anywhere to store them out of the way (and, where they would stay clean) so I thought I would try these. I am so glad I did! I had about 12 blankets clean and ready to store so I did them last night (1 of them is a KING size brocade material bedspread that is HUGE) - I was able to fit all this into 2 of the bags! When I vacuumed the air out they shrank small enough to easily fit under my bed. With a little better folding and stacking in the bags I could have put a couple more in there. I'm going to finish up on the blankets and then store away our winter coats and clothes. I will update this fall when I see how well they stay sealed, but as of right now I would very much recommend these for storage.

Product was as described and relatively easy to use. I purchased jumbo size for a large comforter I wanted to store and it fit terrifically in the bag and sealed nicely. For the other blankets I only filled half the bag to make them smaller to store. I folded the bag over and that worked well. I would recommend this product. My only concern is the blue zipper attachment falls off easily so I am not leaving that on the bag when it is being stored for fear that it will fall off and get lost.

Since this is the time of year to hide the winter clothes and fill the closet with summer clothes, I decided to try these space saver bags and see if it makes a difference. I used to rotate my summer/winter clothes from 2 huge oversized suitcases to the closet, and I must tell you all, that I now have 2 empty suitcases sitting around, ready for use. These bags are huge, and fit tons of clothes.... I still have bags left over and nothing to put into them, and, people, let.me be honest....I am the typical woman who has TONS of clothes.. lol....so, as the Fashionista I am, I recommend these bags for anybody. Give them a try, and you will not be disappointed!!

Great Product. I ordered these storage vacuum bags and they arrived on time and were packaged great. I used them mostly to store queen size comforters. These bags did the trick by allowing me to store so many in a contained area where I wasn't able to before. Storage area is limited at my house so these worked great. I did have an issue with only 1 bag and the customer service immediately handled the issue. I was very impressed. I will definitely order more bags when needed!!

I used three of these today to store some winter blankets and two king sized comforters that are very thick and bulky. The bags closed nicely and my vacuum (Kirby) fit over the nozzle-thingie. You have to tighten the cap on the nozzle-thingie carefully or risk over tightening and it opening again. I have them under the bed now and I'll check them in a week to see if the seals/bags have held up. If they have, then I'll change it to 5 stars. Very good bags and I recommend them.

If you have time and the will not to use electricity the travel pump will work. It's just that I wish the pump had a longer draw. But it works. The bags work great. I especially appreciate the 7th bag. I stored all of my camping gear, old clothes for a future outing. No leaks it's been a week. Just what I wanted. Both vacuum cleaners I used did the job in the time I had.
