We ordered this to make it easier for our 3 year old to get off his trampoline. When we received it, we had a very small issue with one of the pieces. I reached out via their listed email and their customer service was superior! They got back to me in less than 24 hours and expedited a new item so we had it in less than a week. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and quick they were with fixing the issue.The slide itself is excellent...easy to put together and my toddler loves both climbing it to get into his trampoline and sliding down to get out. Highly recommended if you're a parent who gets tired of getting up at 3 minutes to lift their toddler off of the trampoline!

My grandson only being three years old has a little hard time getting up and down that steep ladder. But once we put this up, he slides down and runs right up. It’s really wonderful.

It's a different alternative to the ladder if you have younger kids. It's easy to assemble and it's durable. For smaller kids it is more challenging to get up. Decent price for a decent quality product

I bought this so that I wouldn't have to put my 5 and 2 year old on and off the trampoline a million times. It's easy for them to climb up and easy for them to slife down!

The slide works but the box had pieces sticking through. It cut my hand while I brought it in the house. I was dissatisfied with the package and had to modify it to make it safe for my kids.Edit: This seller has been wonderful to deal with. She rectified the situation for me and states that she will change the packaging in the future. I would buy from them again. They reached out promptly and did a great job

I love the idea of this, but I wish there was a little bit more of a grip. Its very slippery. My kids still love it though much more than the ladder!

Don't know if it's just that my grandkids (ages 2 and 4) are extremely rough or if the product has issues. Bought this as a gift to go with trampoline so the little ones could access the trampoline without having someone lift them up and down - but after 2 weeks or so of daily use and play, everything needed retightening and kept loosening. Think I'll do a step ladder - cause if you don't check and tighten every day or so, this comes apart and becomes a hazard. Lesson Learned.

It took way too long to get together. My husband and I each tried separately and together fighting it in the same spot of the directions. My husband sliced his finger open on one of the cross bars. Once we finally got it together, it’s not square to the ground so 1 side keeps lifting. I thought it might be fine on the trampoline because of the grass but it won’t fit on the trampoline… very disappointed

It is a safe way for my children to climb up and down on the trampoline, no falling off stairs.

This is a horrible product the instructions tell you how to put it together and it does not go together properly. The holes do not lineup at all. There’s a QR code for a video that links you to a YouTube video that does not even work. I would never buy this again or suggest this to anybody.

Edited: The original one didn't work and the company reached out to me and sent me a second one which was still a little difficult to connect but once it was together and on the trampoline my kids love using it.Kids got this for easter but just now getting their trampoline set up, and of course we didn't set up the slide until now, but the cross bars won't connect without twisting the straight bars and then it won't securely hook to the trampoline. Now I have 2 very disappointed kids that this won't work

J’aime que les plus jeunes soient capables de monter et descendre facilement de la trampoline sans l’aide de l’adulte. Par contre pas aussi facile à assembler que sur le vidéo de démonstration. J’ai dû en commander un deuxième en remplacement de ma première commande puisque les trous n’était pas bien alignés. Mon remboursement a été fait dans les plus brefs délais, aussitôt qu’ils ont reçu mon retour. On doit être deux pour réussir à visser les derniers boulons et enfiler la toile.

Kids love sliding down, but quite slippery for kids to walk up, specially when wet. Also the hooks don’t curve quite like the trampoline, haven’t fallen off but you really need to ensure they’re on as good as they can. Could use a little more bend or something additional to make sure they’re locked in
