These are not 12 by 12 inch precuts. The fabric came folded and each piece is not 12 by 12. Each piece varies in size by an inch or so in each direction and the edges are not cut straight. The size of the fabric matters to quilters when they are purchasing precut fabric. Maybe add the word approximately to the description of the fabric size.Kind of defeats the purpose of buying precut quilt fabric, you will need to iron each one and cut each one down to size to make them useable. This is a couple hours of work. Just spend a little more and get precut fabric from a quilting company.The colors are beautiful and the prints are fun, just wish these were true precuts and cut correctly.

This fabric has deeply pinked edges, which is something I wish ALL manufacturers would change. I measured from the point of the pinked edges, side it side, and each square is 11 7/8. The pinking is 1/8” deep. Normally, with high-end fabric, the pinked cut is less than 1/8” deep, and is easy to disregard, since you can include that in a 1/4” seam and it would still be secure. Yes, this does matter. Also, the deep pinked edges mean that the corners are odd, not well defined, so making 1/2 square triangles with these would require trimming that pinked edge off prior to stitching, to get precise squares.I plan to cut these and use smaller pieces as accent fabrics within my quilt project, so I’m not too bummed about it.While the fabric is a decent quality, I haven’t done a test washing to see if there’s any shrinkage, yet.

These were ok for what I wanted them for. Cloth patio/cocktail napkins. Trying to eliminate paper. Gave them out to friends. So worked well!.

Very pretty prints, well coordinated, quality seems good. I haven't used any yet, but I think it will work well in a quilt or other pieced item.

The fabric is shiny and seems a little thin for quilts. It will be a great item for crafts and other items that the wearability is not a prominent factor.
