Solid 14K Yellow Gold Round Forever Classic White Moissanite From Charles & Colvard Martini 3 Prong Secure Screw-Backs Stud Earrings For Women Men (1.50 Cttw, Round 6MM)

I ordered these earrings looking for a daily wear pair that had a little bling. On the upside, the moissanite stones were lovely. They were sparkly and appeared well cut. The setting was another story. It seemed very fragile and had an off color (almost like it was rusted.). I’d be surprised if it was 14k gold though the description said it was. I returned the earrings.

Let me start by saying I work in sales for a fine jeweler and I’m in school with GIA to be a gemologist. I bought these because I wanted studs to wear on vacation so I wouldn’t have to bring my diamond studs. I was pretty skeptical that these would be genuine because of the difference in price on Charles and Colvard. I put these under a microscope and they do not have laser serial numbers on their girdles, which is something I thought C&C did with their stones. They might not do it with earrings, so i can’t say they definitively aren’t Charles and Colvard for that reason alone. That said, they DID test as genuine moissanite. I’ve seen moissanites with better sparkle, but at this price point I am satisfied with them.

I've looked at many pairs of Moissanite earrings, many were too big and stuck up from the earlobe too much. This martini cut is perfect, low profile, beautiful stones, 14K gold. The only thing that stops 5 star rating is I expected friction back, and got screw on backings

I lost a diamond stud earring about a month ago. Can’t find it anywhere. I didn’t wast to spend $1000 -$1200 for a new one. Got these and the quality is great! Truly love them.One problem is a back (1) falls off. Tried to contact seller without luck. Great buy for the cost! Definitely recommend them.

My wife was very happy with these earrings after I gave them to her as a gift. Compared to her genuine diamond earings, these are every bit as nice. Cannot tell they are not real diamonds. Pricing was excellent and well packaged with authenticity certificate included.

Love the sparkle. The three pronged setting makes the earrings look distinctive and beautifully delicate. Put it next to my engagement ring and the earring out sparkles my ring! Only downsides are the posts are super thin and I’m a little worried they might snap or break. And it takes a really long time to screw the backs on and off which make them less convenient to wear.

I knew that I love moissanite, as I have other pieces, and this pair of earrings did not disappoint. Very high refractivity and sparkle, and the size is perfect. I have to agree with other reviewers that the setting is a bit flimsy which wouldn't be a concern for me other than screw back posts are a bit of a pain (in my opinion) to put on and take off, but I'm not sure the setting is strong enough for me to wear when I sleep. But they are beautiful, and I love them.
