500g is a massive amount of herbs considering you usually get 11-15 grammes in a jar, so if stored well it should last a year or more. These smell sooo good!

Tasty and fresh enough, but very coarse and hard pieces
The herb mix is very fragrant, tasty and good value. However, the pieces are large and there are lots of hard, dry stems from, I think, the thyme. These are up to 2cm long and very unpleasant to get so many of them in your food.Not sure I would buy this again because of that. Maybe the mix would best be used in a bag or spice ball. I'll try grinding it to a powder in my spice grinder next time if I want to add it directly in.
