Q: Could i use these for a 16 bass batter head?

Definitely can be used on a bass drum of any size

Q: Are these good for timbales?

I'm not an expert. However those type of Evans, hydraulic heads are a lower tone. And times I've played the timbales, they have more of a higher tone or pitch. Nevertheless give it a try.

Q: Can I use this head in my snare drum?

Yes you can ,If that is the sound you're looking for ,View there video to hear it !

Q: How well do these work for tom batter heads?

I have experience only with 6” batter heads from Evans, for my off-brand “Rototoms”, in this Evans series of heads. They sound decent for practice, but are a bit trebly and lack some of the warmth of my clear-head one ring Remo heads. Thanks!
