It took me forever to decide which size to get. I'm 6'1" and about 185 lbs, with longer arms and legs. I like clothes that are more form fitting, and not feel like I'm swimming in them. So I went with the XL, based on other reviews of things running small. It's an 83% fit. Five of the six items fit perfectly. The shorts, the tights, the short sleeve shirt, and the long sleeve shirt. The hoodie is a little small - it doesn't extend much below my waist line and the sleeves are a little short. It still looks nice and is comfortable - but I bought this for outdoor cycling and don't want my outer layer creeping up my back.All the items seem pretty well made, and all are comfortable. I've worn them for 3 or 4 rides now experimenting around with different layers. It's a heck of a deal for the amount of items that you get in the package.

Am, 6 feet 218lbs, athletic built, i normally wear a Medium for a close fitted feel and large for a more relaxed fit. I got it two sizes up from medium which is a XL and it fits like a Large. Am satisfied with the quality especially considering the price, the zipper on the jacket seems a little frail, but other than that am pleased, they should have had more color options

So many pieces and better quality than expected. Have worn and washed extensively and they're holding up great. Pay attention to the Asian vs. western sizing and order accordingly.

I ordered a large but everything fits as a med. The hooded jacket seems to fit tight and thats expected but dont zip it. If you are a large id go XL. Just so you can also wear jacket cover.

I got these because I wanted something to wear while Jump Roping. I'm about 5'10 in height and my weight was about 165 pounds when I started jump roping. The size I got was Large and it a perfect fit. My only con to them is the Jacket which I would say should be 1 size larger than the Large. The jacket ain't really needed though, all you really need is the shorts/pants/t-shirt/long sleeve. The Jacket thing was just there.

I bought this for my husband who is a body builder and for the most part everything except the jacket fit as expected. (The jacket was a little big)He is 5’10 and is 190 lbs. I would recommend this set as my husband said it is comfortable and breathable for him.

I read the reviews and went for the XL - I'm 5'8" and weight 158 kg. (I know -- fat git) . All of the items fitted perfectly EXCEPT for the shorts. As others have mentioned they are a bit baggy and are basketball style shorts - great if you are 6 foot tall but a bit rubbish if you are short and stumpy like me.The rest perform really well though , comfy to wear and wick the sweat away to keep you dryer and cooler when working out or warmer if using as a base layer.

I didn't expect too much from this set but I've been pleasantly surprised. Everything fits me really well and it's all very comfortable for gym use, even when I get a bit sweaty. The zip on the hoodie doesn't go up/down quite as smoothly as I'd like and there are no drawstrings on the shorts but I'm nit-picking really. I'd definitely buy this set again.

The best hoodie is far too tight . The shorts are far too big. And the quality looks shocking that I wouldn’t even want to wear out and about. Shocking
