If you are looking for a journal to plan and/or reflect on your life then this is about as good as it gets.This is a very simple, but extensive journal that should meet the needs of most people.At 535 pages, it's a real beast!There are individual pages for 365 days so that you can plan/log an entire year. Each page gives you space for the date, allows you to set 3 goals / record 3 achievements, set up to 12 things in your schedule (with space to log times/title/description), has space for notes, and even tick boxes to show your mood. Because the pages don't have a printed date on them (you write them in yourself) you are never wasting pages. If you only use the journal 3 days a week, then you will get much longer out of it. As I use the journal to plan and log my gym workouts in (so roughly 4-5 days a week), it should last me around 18 months.In addition to the 365 pages, there's pages to set goals, review the week, track habits, reflect on the month, and so on. This is a great feature as it allows you to look back on your entries or think ahead to things you'd like to achieve and ensure you're accomplishing what you'd set out to through the year. Essentially, it allows you to hold yourself accountable.I found the journal to be of good quality. It comes in a nice enough presentation box and slip case that I discarded once I opened it - but they are nice if you're giving this as a gift. The cover of the book is a leather-style and although it has a bit of structure to it, it isn't hard. The pages are pretty thin, but I appreciated this as it means the book itself is quite thin - being over 500 pages you'd expect it to be thicker than it is. I'm very comfortable stashing it in my gym bag and it doesn't add much weight. On each page the print is nice and clear and I found the design allowed for enough space to write - I didn't feel I had to make my writing tiny to fit.Overall, this is the perfect journal for me and it has been great to log my workouts and goals in.

This is a weighty beast of a planner, very thorough and with plenty of space to set goals, note achievements etc.For me it was a little businesslike though and didn't set the sort of tone I would personally look for so I found it easy to put aside rather than continue using it. That's more about me than the product though

I love this planner. It comes really nicely presented in a box, looks really expensive. It’s such great quality. Would make a lovely gift. I like that undated too. Everything is laid out really well, easy to use. Definitely recommend.

One of the easiest and most professional looking marketing manager business planners. I haven't had any thoughts of how this could improve so far again having used it completely to my advantage but from I can see the design the layout is very simple easy to use and especially for business passengers they can be quite busy at the count stress out a lot so this is something important it's very convenient and the number of pages if obviously had more would be much better but I mean right now it's OK it would do for six months but one shouldn't have to keep redoing and reusing it I think that's the only problem but it's quite limited number of pages 1000 that it looks good very professional design is Immaculate it doesn't make me feel like I'm running a cheap business it makes me feel like I'm wondering the one with the top businesses which is good. overall brilliant product and I definitely recommend it.

Thus undated planner is very thick and can be used for a long while. The pu leather cover is pretty steady and durable. Inner pages are nicely printed on good quality paper. You can manage your time wisely on daily basis. 365 undated pages with 170 tracking achievement and habits. Over 500 pages , it is great for the whole year. It can be a good gift for friends or kids to form a good habit and plan the days and weeks widely

Ooh, this is lovely! A thoughtful journal/planner that can be used as a work diary with plenty of room for appointments, to do lists etc., but which also doubles as a personal motivation journal with prompts for goal setting, weekly and monthly task reviews, monthly habit tracker and so on. It's undated so you can start at any point and it means you can skip weekends, going on holiday etc. if you choose. I like the discreet 'how am I feeling' boxes at the bottom of each page for mood tracking, and the whole thing feels tactile and nicely chunky in the hand. Just the thing for motivation and self-reflection and great for tracking things like sleep, exercise and healthy eating. Love it!

It comes nicely packaged in a box, making it suitable as a gift. The planner comes with separate pages for yearly, monthly, weekly and daily entries. There is ample spaces to write as much as you want. Only thing to note is that it is quite chunky and heavy.
