I don't need socks with these. The inside liners are very comfortable and warm. I was surprised that these only just fit perfectly snug. I thought I had room for thick socks but these boots are warm enough without any socks.

Very difficult to put foot in it, due to no front zipper.....seems good quality, though........returned to Amazon.

These are really nice. They have rubber covering most of the foot area to keep your feet dry, a small area of leather across the top foot ankle area for style and nice pant covers that go up your calf to keep snow and water off your feet, ankles, and lower leg. I purchased the style that has removable faux fur inserts for warmth (recommend this version). This version is the same as the boots without the inserts so you can wear them, with or without the insert. I wanted to write this review for two reasons. I really like the product and I wanted to confirm that you must buy one size larger if you are using US sizing. Don’t question it based on the size chart. I wear an 11 shoe in all shoes, bought size 12, perfect fit!

Overall, They Are A Good Boot. Flexible, Warm And Fits Nicely (Order A Size Up With Regular Socks, 2 Sizes With Heavy Socks). I Wish They Had Pull Tabs On the Liners, Then I Would Have Gave It 5 Stars. For Now A Couple Pairs Of Pliers Will Have To Do.

These boots have been good for the snow over the past winter. They've kept my feet warm and dry the whole time, and they're less heavy than some other brands so my feet haven't really gotten tired either. I'd definitely suggest these for anyone that spends a lot of time in the snow, but they're also comfortable enough for an everyday choice for going out to the store during the colder months too.

I like that they are slip on, but the sizing is about a 1/2 size to small.
