Easy feeding less waist of food
This ring helps keep the food from floating away before my betta fish, Tango can get to it. This has made feeding more precise and i dont have to waist food because he didnt get to it in time. I also have ember tetras and they would always get to the food before he could. Now I feed in the ring for Tango and outside the ring for the tetras. The ring is really nice. Unlike others that are blue or black and use a suction cup. This is clear and uses a very strong magnet. Which is much nicer aestetically and you don't have to worry about the suction cup losing suction. It is a little more expensive than the plastic ones but in my opinion it is worth the extra money.

Much improved!
I’ve had these before and the suction cup was totally junk. However these now have way better suction cups that stay on the tank wall and do not weaken and slip off. My Bettas love the feeding ring and I like that it keeps the food from floating around. And they are small and not obnoxious like some others. The fact they are clear is very nice for the visual elements of the tank.

Exactly what I wanted
Perfect. My Betta knew exactly where his food was coming in from. Loved it. Keeps him trained to the position I had it, and keeps the water lilies from taking over the feeding hole. 👍

Worth getting
The picture makes this product look pretty impressive. I don't wish to bash on a small company here, so I'll keep the criticism brief. The ring itself almost looks like glass or thick plastic in the picture. It's airline tubing, and the 2.5 inch description is accurate to size. I've tried using airline tubing for this idea before, I just lacked the water level adjustment feature that is really the innovative part here to follow the water line and keep it in place. I have a larger tank, wanted a larger ring. Cut my own larger piece of airline tubing, and now it's excellent. The magnet and water level adjuster is the innovative piece here. Is it worth as much as they're charging? Probably not, but it does work. You can get a few feet of airline tubing for a few dollars pretty easily.Foam feeding stations are cheaper, but in my experience they get pretty nasty quickly and if they have suction cups, they don't work very well to keep them in place. Airline tubing is easier to clean.

Doesnt last long
I loved this feeder when i first got it but ive had to replace the round tubing several times. The main stick that connects to the bottom magnet on the inside broke about a month ago. I was only able to use it for 6 months or so. Unfortunately my betta wont eat out of a colored fish ring so im buying a different clear one.

Fish approved!
I purchased this item to help control the excess food being lost and therefore decaying in my three gallon tank. It does what it is intended superbly. I have had no issues with odor or the item being bent and not floating flare on the water surface. Additionally, my beta has found it a great place to build a bubble nest from time to time as it keeps the nest together on the moving surface current. My large apple snail uses it as a gymnastic apparatus and is quite entertaining in his antics. I’m pleased with my purchase and will probably get a second one for another beta tank.

Keeps food in one place
Makes it easier for my vision challenged black moor to find his food! Just wish that the corners were more rounded.

NOT worth the price paid. Make your own…
The magnet is too small, the pole mount is to short, it is colored white (should prob be black) and a person could make their own if creativity was applied.
