I ordered the bracelet and put away for a birthday gift for my daughter which was last week. Within the week all the finish has come off and the bracelet has changed color. Unfortunately since I bought the gift early, the time to return has expired.

Reminder of how precious mother's are. Feel like she is with me when I use the bracelet. Dont want to forget.4/7/20 I wear on and off all my Alex and Ani, this one is not a good product it began to get rusted, I don't wear perfume nor lotion cause I know it will hurt the bracelet and today is all rusted and not pretty no more. Wont buy it again and I am sorry

I was really excited to receive it. It was my oldest daughters 22nd birthday. I wanted something special. But the saying goes, " You get what you pay for. " She loved it. But when i went to her new house i saw it on her dresser and 3 of the 4 charms had fallen off. She still had 1 but she didn't know when the others had come off.

Product was missing charm. Nice product but only came with 3 charms instead of the advertised 4. Missing the charm that actually made me decide to order it for my daughter.

Got this as a gift for my daughter for her birthday. She was absolutely obsessed and thought it was the greatest thing ever. Super cute and simple
