Sturdy
Works well, just wish it had wheels to make moving it easier.

VERY sturdy!
This was easy to assemble, but definitely needed 2 people. It took about an hour. It is SO sturdy. SO SO sturdy. We currently have 4 kayaks stored, with the top two arms empty. We're going to put our paddleboards up there, as the kayaks are heavy enough that we'd struggle to get them up and down to that top level. We have this sitting outdoors and lakeside and so far it has withstood calm and sunny days as well as heavy rain and really windy days. I highly recommend this storage rack.

Parts missing
We think the unit is just fine. Our problem was the carrier ripped the box open and the bolt package was missing. We are purchasing bolts instead of returning the entire unit

Good Product
The rack was easy to put together and has been very sturdy. We are using the rack outside in the summer but moving it to the garage for the winter months.Would love to install some wheels on the rack to make the move easier.

Beware of buying used
Bought this used with knowledge of hardware missing. Contacted the manufacturer before buying and was told they could help me once the item was purchased and all they needed was a copy of the receipt. Purchase the kayak rack provided a copy of the receipt to the manufacturer and was told they couldn’t help me due to purchasing the rack under MSRP. I couldn’t even pay for the hardware kit out of packet for same reason… Makes no sense. Received the rack read the owners manual and went to a local hardware store and got the right hardware per the owners manual.. when putting the rack together noticed a support bar was missing (Part b). Again manufacture couldn’t help me. Planned to return item but decided to make my own piece.. Not worth the trouble buy the new one at full price so it’s covered through the manufacturer warranty. Price needs to be much lower than what’s listed for a used- like new item.

Effective solution, very tall
This is a very sturdy stand. We are using it to fullest capacity. It is very tall, reaches ceiling height of my garage.
