Waterproof Battery Powered LED Headlamp and Lantern Set, Black, 2-Piece

This is such a great product, the size of my crown of my head needs more then this strap offers but I might just buy a second head strap.Both the lantern and headlamp are great products though, over 1½-2½ hours worth of continuous light.There not bulky at all, it's rather nice how compact the lantern gets.It's built very tough, seems that it can take a beating very well. So you don't have to worry about it breaking.

The lamps are so easy to setup and very bright lighting up a much larger area than expected!!Great, great purchase!!!

The package came with a slice at the bottom. It didn’t come with one of the straps that go around your head to hold the light on your head.

The media could not be loaded.  Okay let me say first off wow are these lights bright! When I first received this package of Zero Dark Tactical Gear 2-Piece Set with a Lantern and a LED Headlamp I thought "well the lantern is not very big and the headlamp is rather small as well." but after installing the batteries, which was very easy, and turning them on I was complete blown away. Both the lantern and the headlamp are extremely bright and would work in any dark or low light situation. The batteries were very easy to install and the fact that they run on batteries instead having to be charged (like rechargeable lights) is a plus as who wants to have no power due to a storm and have to recharge their lantern or flashlight? Not me. Both the lanterns and headlamp are made of strong, rugged plastic. The metal handles on the lantern feel solid and the straps on the headlamp are stretchy but strong. Definitely a great set I'm glad I have this for emergency when we need light in our home or when we go camping. 5 out of 5 stars.

I got this lantern and headlamp set for two reasons: 1) to have an extra lantern in one o the rooms in case the power goes out and 2) I often need to work under my house in its crawl space.First, the build quality is just OK, I'd personally have liked it to be a bit sturdier than it is. Still, it's not bad, the lantern and headlamp don't feel like they're going to fall apart or anything, they just aren't quite as solid as others that I've used.In terms of functionality, they both get plenty bright for my purposes so I'm happy with them in that regard. I've used both components a few times since I've gotten them and haven't had to change the batteries out yet. I can't tell you for sure how long to expect the batteries to last since I haven't had occasion to use them for many hours at once to truly test that out.In the end, the stuff in this kit does what I bought it for and even if it doesn't feel 'premium,' I expect it will probably last for a long while the way I intend to use it. If you're on a rougher job site or dealing with a heavy construction project you might want something built a little tougher, but I think most people will be happy with this.

Great product for reading when the power is off or climbing in the attic or basement or even wandering in the back yard. Very bright & good clarity.
