Great clips! Tried another brand first, but they didn't fit like they said they would. I have these on a 60 gallon tank for my kingsnake, and they work great! Well worth the money!

I could see these being really difficult for people with weaker hands, it was tough for me to get them on the first time and I have strong hands. Other than that, they’re perfect for keeping the Zika sturdy mesh lid on my snake’s tank! I have a ~70 gallon tank and I got two packages (four clips). I put one on each corner and it holds it down firmly enough that even the lid at the center of the tank is secure. They come off and go back on a lot easier now, and still hold the lid down great. And they look a lot nicer than a pile of books holding down the corners - hah hah.

The media could not be loaded.  These clips do exactly what's expected - they keep the lid on the enclosure. We are first time snake owners and I was very concerned after reading many posts about young corn snakes escaping their enclosures but so far we have been able to contain out little escape artist even though she does enjoy hanging out along the ledge at the top of her tank!My second concern was ease of use as my ten year old is the snake's owner but she is able to get them on and off unassisted. The clips do loosen with use but are easy to re-shape.The clips keep the lid very snug and even though I can lift it at the corners I have to exert enough force that I highly doubt a baby corn could lift it enough to escape. In the photo I took illustrating the gap I was lifting as far as I could. If you are concerned about a potential escape additional clips on either side of the corners will eliminate the problem but I really believe the four clips on the cage is sufficient.

Works good

These were easy to use to secure the lid of a 10 gallon tank. I've used them to keep both rats and lizards in the tank. They are easily malleable to provide the best security. They are not hard to use. The animals can't get past them.

I've used several of these for my herps over the years. These particular clips are strong, and can fit larger aquariums. I wouldn't recommend trying to adjust the size though, as some are more fragile than others and will crack.Overall good product for the price.

These are great. I bought a different brand from the pet store and they were cheaply made with thin metal (bent too easy). This design I purchased on Amazon are way stronger. My snake doesn’t escape from the terrarium any more!

Clips work great on a large 40bgallon tank holding tight so the little holding snake can't escape anymore

Used these on a tub that’s about 4f by 1.5f by 1.5f. (long, wide, tall) can be adjusted to cover and lock the lid.

I purchased the set of 4 thinking I'd need one on each side of my 80 gallon tank. Two on each end works perfectly. Very strong. I have absolutely no fear that my noodley friend will go questing beyond his enclosure. It's like the Truman Show meets MMORPG.
