Edit: I am so happy and using the attachments morning and again at night to help rebuild my skin and receding hair line. I zapped a few small pimples on high and they were gone in minutes! No poking or marks left. It has made me excited about skincare again! Leaving it on the counter plugged in and the box of "helpers" makes it easy to grab use.I love, love love it! I am on my 2nd Dermawand because I dropped the 1st one and the glass broke. I paid a lot more for it too. This is so much better. It has a shut off switch and a long cord. You can get so much more done with the larger attachments. I know the technology works because 12 years ago I used my sister's during my vacation with her. We drank and partied for a week while we used her wand daily. She barely had any serum left. When I returned home I looked amazing! I had just ordered more serum a few weeks ago. Dermawand has a pre serum, a thick after moisturizer and a misting bottle with it so I think you should implement a regime similar with this. You want the pieces to glide and move so you need something. I am surprised they don't sell products because without them I doubt the results would be as good. If you can afford it, spring for the neck massage kit. I do like the size of the 4 piece kit. It can sit on my counter where the 6 piece might be a jumbo box. I think this is a great buy. Even if one thing breaks you still have other attachments. I bought it mostly for the hair comb. I put a hair pomade on my scalp and used it as soon as it arrived. The big round wand was fine on my neck. I will purchase more as gifts.

I bought Nu Derma but 2 heads were broken and returned. This one is stable heads, all good and even cheaper! My husband and teenager boy use too:) He said his stain got lighter with vitamins C serum. We all like it!

I have suffered with severe acne for 10 years. I have tried anything from Accutane and many other medications, regular facials, chemical peels, etc. to try to improve it. Unfortunately, I have seen minimal improvement, until using this product. I only purchased the high frequency machine 1 week ago and already have seen major improvements in my acne. My skin is less inflamed and even cystic acne has been reduced drastically or disappeared entirely. I will say that I do have oily but very dehydrated skin, meaning that I have a lot of dry patches. With that being said, the only negative that I have noticed so far is that it has made my skin a bit drier than prior to use, but nothing too bad. This may be a user error but I just wanted to mention for anyone with dry skin to use with caution. I recommend getting a quality oil as well, which I feel has helped my acne and dryness as well (even if you have oily skin). Nevertheless, this is a great product for acne prone individuals and I only give it a 4 star rating since it has made the dryness a bit worse. Other than that, i’d give it 5 stars. Highly recommend!

I’m taking over my own beauty regimens, instead of going in for procedures. While I have not used this much, I used it on my face for an incoming pimple. It stopped it dead in its tracks. I’m amazed and will use it for more than that, but it’s amazing at stopping the progression of acne.

Got this instead of splurging on the pure wand and love it! The hair attachment is amazing too, only complaint is sometimes the hair comb swivels, moves while using but other than that LOVE

This is so much better than the device we use at my school. The attachments are held tightly into the device and they don’t feel loose. Definitely loud but I think that’s just how these devices are. I’ve seen some of these go for $300 so I recommend any student to buy this one.

I really like it. Glad I bought one. Arrived fast and all in perfect working order.
