I initially thought I got it broken because I tried it out and it wouldn't turn on turns out. The base doesn't power up unless the jug is correctly placed on and it locks into place with a click. Also important note when blending add liquid first if not the items will get stuck and it won't blend

OK, so this blender is to die for I don’t only is it good looking it’s extremely sturdy small enough for one but big enough for two the most amazing ice crushing smoothing smoothie blender I’ve ever seen this small but lovely super sturdy. The base is only I think 11 pounds I tried to find the maybe seven can’t remember, but I tried to find the Light weight blender that was a good blender and this is the one I’m so glad I bought this. It’s an amazing little blender and I wish I had a case like a travel case but I love it. It’s nice well-made works great absolutely fantastic.

It doesn’t work well. It gets stuck often and of course my window to return has expired. It has completely stopped working now.

I don’t know what makes this blender so cute but it’s just adorable and looks great on the counter if you don’t store it. It holds a lot- it blends well but it does struggle to completely blend certain items, such as frozen bananas so it could take a while to blend sometimes

I had hesitated for many years to replace my old Osterizer (I know!) because it worked so well. But finally, it had seen its day and I searched for which product to get. I am more than pleased to have this IRIS bender. Not only is the price right, and it's attractive, but it also works really well for my needs ~ a daily "protein" drink in the morning that includes fresh fruits, almond milk, and a protein powder. I recommend it for anyone needing a basic, great blender. (I even got a 2nd one that I will gift to someone for the right occasion.)

Works great for typical blending, but doesn't blend as advertised, such as powdering crushed peppers

I had called my granddaughter to congratulate her on her new apartment and she told me her blender had just overheated and died. Eureka! I knew what I would send her for a house-warming present and where I would buy it. It arrived just a few days later and the quality is such that I know she will enjoy it for a long time.

This has been an OK blender for making proteins shakes. I wish I would’ve spent a few extra dollars and got myself a ninja because even the frozen bananas it doesn’t completely blend.

It’s cute hence why i Ordered it. But I just got it last week. I’ve used it 3 times and on the third time, mid use it just shut off on me and won’t work anymore. I’ve emailed the company, not sure if or when I’ll hear back.
