Q: Is the non-stick surface PFA free?

Nordic Ware's website says, "No PFOA".

Q: Need to know one thing...Will donuts release easily from this pan.?

You have to grease and flour them. I followed what Chef Ina Garten suggested in her recipe for cinnamon baked donuts, “after cooling for 5 minutes tap the doughnuts out of the pan.”

Q: Why does it state material is carbon steel but the about this item states it is formed aluminum? That is two different metals they are not the same.

We are sorry for any confusion. The darker gray 6 Cavity Donut Pan is made with carbon steel whereas the red 6 Cavity Donut Pan is made with formed aluminum. -Nordic Ware Customer Experience

Q: What size donuts does this make?

Hello. This pan makes regular size donuts. There is another Nordic Ware pan that makes mini donuts but I only have the regular size pan in stock. Thank you
