Great fit, solid design
I looked at a lot of reviews before buying these and I've been very pleased with them so far. These are fairly dark, and they will wash out most colors — that is the point. You can still do things around the house and read books (with the right level of light) but watching TV will not feel the same, so don't think this is some solution to help you watch Netflix right up until you go to bed, it won't be enjoyable (also it's not just the tone of light that makes you sleep poorly after watching TV, it's also the stimulation, so these glasses also improve sleep by encouraging you to not watch TV because they make viewing a screen so boring). I start getting sleepy within a half-hour of putting these on. The fit is GREAT. They are a little bit snug on my medium-sized head, so if you have a large head, you might find them somewhat tight. The foam is soft and comfortable. The strap is great because you don't have to worry about breaking off pieces at the hinges. The lenses themselves are removable for easy cleaning, and interestingly they have these air holes built in where the hard plastic frame connects to the soft foam, so that they don't form an airtight seal and get foggy. Overall these are a great product; I don't know if the lenses will easily scratch as many plastic lenses of this kind do, but I just keep them protected. My only complaint is that these are a bit expensive, at 35 or $40 they would be a great value, $60 is a little bit expensive but I just take good care of them.

Helps bring a hyper kid down
My daughter is autistic and has always taken a very long time to go to sleep. She at first did not want anything to do with them. But now she asks for them herself when she realizes it's getting hard to sleep. She puts them on, keeps watching tv but it starts to make her calmer and then eventually (after about 10-20 mins) she comes to bed and goes to sleep. With out this, it sometimes takes hours for her to sleep. loosing one star because the design could use some work to make it stay one better and be more comfortable.

Misleading description
Shown with removable arms, only comes with a strap. Not even any accessory arms available for purchase. They have no ventilation and fog up instantly, despite having vent vanes molded all around the rim that are purely decorative. The lenses themselves and color filtering is nice, shame about the frame and fogging.

Exactly what I was looking for
I'm light sensitive when I'm trying to sleep. Keeping a regular light on, even with the soft yellow light bulbs, keeps me awake. My roommate loves leaving lights on and staying up all night. I needed something to help me so I can get to bed at a reasonable time. This is exactly what I needed.

Okay Product
These are pretty cool if you want to view the world as Dante's Inferno. Everything is very deep red. I was hoping for a lighter shade of color so I could use these to protect my eyes while doing yard work. Unfortunately, it is hard to see what I am doing.

Work Great!
I have suffered from an issue for the past several years where if I sleep too high on my pillows I will wake up with my left eye dry and burning. I was generally able to prevent the issue by carefully placing my head when I went to sleep, but I still would have a problem from time to time if my head moved too far during sleep. I finally had enough and decided to try these goggles. They work great and have eliminated the problem for me. I can now sleep with my head in any position on my pillows and not wake up with any eye issues. The goggles are also comfortable, which is an added bonus. I am just so happy being able to sleep normally again!

Blocks light but goggles are too curvy
The goggles does have a foam border, it’s sort of on the harder side and not so much the soft foam ski goggles usually have. The curvature of the goggles was really uncomfortable for me since the frame itself isn’t flexible/doesn’t give. This means that the goggles dig into my cheekbones and my temples/forehead area and the foam isn’t soft enough to accommodate this. On top of that my nose isn’t even close to touching the frame part that should rest on the nose. Basically if you have a very narrow face with a very high nose bridge this could work for you, if not it will probably be uncomfortable. The goggle band is also uncomfortable since they are so thick it cuts into the top of my ears.
