Would give it a zero if I could, but clearly, that's not possible. The adapter looks well-made but it isn't until you try to connect everything when you realize that something went wrong somewhere. This adapter fits fine into the lens side but when it came to connecting it to my camera, a6500, it simply wouldn't fit. I tried inspecting to see what the issue could be but it seems to be some sort of misalignment of some sort. Maybe it was assembled incorrectly or something, I don't know. It doesn't work and that's what you pay for, right? Seems like someone, somewhere, forget to measure something.I was excited for this to arrive, luckily Amazon makes it easy and worry-free to right a wrong.

Didn't work, sent it back

I did write a good review at first, but after testing in clear daylight, the focusing took way to long to be effective with any of my lenses. It works with all my Canon mount lenses. Even 2 Tamron's and a Promaster. but can take up to 20 to 30 second to even get a focus! If you're into landscapes or have time to wait for focus, thent this will work for you, but it's no good for my needs. Returning.

Works on all but 2 lenses! Well worth it! Won't let me post without typing 11 more words. Ha! That's it.

This adapter interfaces well with a Canon lens, but sadly will not mate with the Sony E-mount. The flanges on the NEX side are machined incorrectly and won't attach to the camera without damaging the E-mount.

Soild built. The only problem is: i cant use it on my a7ii. The mount does not fit for some reason. It failed the prime duty.
