Great, comfortable shoes for cross-training
I had Inov8 Lite 245 before and was hoping to buy them again because I loved them so much, but it looks like they have discontinued somecolors and my size was not available in others. So somewhat annoyed I decided to give these shoes a try after reading multiple positive reviews. And I just love them. I didn’t need to break into them, they fit like a glove, no blisters or red spots around my heels or elsewhere which I honestly always expect and they have a wider fit which is what I’m looking for. Not quite barefoot shoes, but pretty wide and the sole is quite flexible and doesn’t restrain your foot much. They’re great for all sorts of functional movements and I’m honestly in love with them despite the initial resistance to change the model.

4 years later 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Coming back after the soles finally started to give out to write a review. For ~$100 I cannot complain about the life and versatility of the 235's one bit. I beat my pair to death: treadmill, row machine, heavy lifting, calisthenics, walking the dog... These things have held up with heavy use 4-5 days of the week and light use on other days for four years straight! I bought them July 2020, and I just now had a piece of the sole break off September 2024.Super light shoe, very comfortable, didn't even need to upgrade the insoles as I've had to do with other shoes. My only minor nitpick is the laces are a little strange material wise. They don't stay tied in between wearings very well, but that might be by design since I've never had them come untied during a workout!I've had quite a few people ask me where I got them since they look great too. Broken a lot of PRs with these bad boys and will definitely be buying another pair!

Run large but perform perfectly for my needs.
I weight lift and go on short runs occasionally (5K). These shoes are perfect for my needs! The traction is great especially for my mildly slippery gym floor. I feel very stable in these shoes and can comfortably feel the floor during my lifts. Granted, I do not go very heavy and maybe a more rigid shoe would be better if I did. But rigid lifting shoes are not good for running, which these are.

Not for wide width feet
Female CrossFitter - I read these were good for wide feet, and since I typically do purchase a men's 8 because they often feel better than a women's 9.5 or 10, I tried these. They are simply standard width, maybe like a Metcon, definitely not as "wide" as a Nano 8.0. At least they are pretty and the laces stay tied. I use a very thin sock and wear them occasionally.
