I have quite a few Baleaf products. They are of great quality and most of what I own is for cooler weather. Purchased this jacket b/c I was looking for something to provide an extra layer of warmth when outdoors for my walk. Like another reviewer stated, it took a good 10-15 minutes before I felt comfortably warm - even while wearing a Baleaf insulated shirt and insulated running leggings (i.e. fleece on the inside). Today the weather was sunny and around 50 degrees. More than likely I will have to wear more layers with this jacket, when it is colder. Hence my reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 - really thought this was going to be a thicker jacket than it actually is. Also, like the same reviewer stated, I too have thyroid issues which makes my body less able to tolerate a colder day of temps - which is probably why it took awhile to warm up.As with all Baleaf products, ample deep pockets on this jacket and love the hood. I am 5'8, 140 and purchased a Large in the white/off white. Sleeve are perfect length and when I will ultimately have to layer, it will be a perfect fit. As of right now I think for me the large is a tad too big through the torso, but too big is better than too small. This jacket falls about 6+ inches below my hip bone; does not cover my rear. Love the thumb cutouts.In summation: if you are searching for a thick heavy jacket for outdoor walks during winter, this is not it.if you are looking for a lightweight good quality thinnish jacket to layer for outdoor walks in winter, this is would be a great choice.

I like the slim & flattering style, and the jacket's features, with a few negatives. It DOES run small, as others have noted; I'm 98 lbs, 5', but had to exchange my size-small for a medium. At 43 degrees Fahrenheit this morning, it took a good 15 minutes of running to get comfortably warm. In the jacket's defense, I will say at age 77 my pace is far slower than in the past 45 years of my running career, and I do have thyroid issues that impact body temperature regulation. The jacket has sufficient zippered pockets for cell phone, etc., so I don't need to wear a running belt. It's a keeper!

This jacket is very nice, all around. The fit is good and and material is breathable. I did notice that the sleeves pill after only the first wear, but I’ve owned jackets at a lot higher price value that did the exact same thing. Not terribly noticeable and will happen over time, regardless. Zipper works good and the color options are great!

Love this jacket style, and fit however after only 1 wash its starting to pill up.

I bought this for winter workouts outside. The works freak and once I warm up I would have to remove it because I was so hot. The finger grooves were also useful to help keep me warm. I love this jacket, I also used it as a base layer in Iceland and it worked wonders

Not my first purchase with this brand and once again not disappointed. Really like this running jacket and very glad I purchased. It’s comfortable, warm and stylish.I wish I could wear something like this to work bc I could it’s so comfy. Zippers don’t get caught on material. Flattering. At first I thought the hood would annoy me (usually not a fan of them for workout wear) but no issue. May buy another color or a black backup. Fits true to size

Not a warm as I thought it would be.. Worn it for a week and there is a lot of pilling going on just in the arms. Wearing it with a hoodie makes it perfect for what I need tho. So I'm happy with it.👍

I purchased this jacket in the black and the purple for my 11 going on 12 year old twin daughters in the X-Small, they’re at the age of girls clothes getting a little too juvenile and growing out too quickly and woman’s still just too big! So it was a gamble buying these for them hoping that A. They would ACTUALLY like them and B. They’d actually fit! And not only did they fit great but they loved them! They are warm enough for winter days in Northern California, in the low 30-40 degrees to get them to school and throughout the day. Highly recommend this jacket for anyone
