اعجبني استخدامة العملي والسهل للدخولمشكلته انه لا يمكن فتحه من بعيد لان الفتح فقط في نطاق البلوتوثايضا لو كان فيه فتح برقم مخصص يمكن استخدامة لاشخاص يدخلون البيت خلال وقت معين فقط

I bought this lock, it seemed to work fine for a few months. When it unfortunately stopped working during the warranty period I was told that despite them delivering the original to me in UAE, the warranty only applies if I have an address in the USA.I had no choice but to pay extra money to get them to send me a replacement. I’ve been waiting since July and I still don’t have the lock or any confirmation it has even been sent.So if you are buying this lock for the warranty or customer service then you will be sorely disappointed.

The lock is a combination of good idea and bad production. The metal of the latch is extremely week for its function. Being hit in perpendicular direction (e.g. by occasional door closer work or early door opening while the door is locked) the lock is easily get damaged. The latch easily becomes curve, this leads to the loss of its ability to go back into the corps of the lock body from the door frame. In such occasion the only option to open the lock is to disassemble it or extract by force with potential loss of the door as a result

The instructions for installation and set up were very easy to understand and helpful. The actual deadbolt and keypad are very sturdy and work well. The bridge easily integrated with my WiFi. I would recommend this lock to anyone and will be getting a second one for my other door.

Ótima fechadura, relativamente fácil de instalar e muito fácil de configurar e operar. Muito melhor e mais barata que as demais marcas disponíveis no mercado.

Tengo ya dos años con la cerradura, me ha funcionado muy bien, el modo de autoabrir me funciona muy bien y es muy cómodo (hasta el momento es el único producto que he encontrado con esta característica), solo hay que asegurarse de permitir la aplicación para que se ejecute en el fondo en el teléfono, una vez hecho, funciona sin problemas.La opción de usar la huella para abrir permite configurar el modo de auto-cerrar activado, así siempre que salimos estamos seguros que se ha cerrado, y es muy fácil volver a abrir si no traemos el teléfono.El registro de entradas y salidas me permite saber a que horas regresan mis hijos cuando salen...El único problema lo tuve hace unos días, donde el motor dejo de funcionar, contacte al soporte técnico, y pese a que el producto estaba fuera de garantía, me ofrecieron cambiarlo, lo cual es extraordinario, afortunadamente el sistema volvió a funcionar bien después de dejarlo un dia sin bateria, asi que no fue necesario hacer el cambio, pero me dejaron muy tranquilo en caso de que surja otro problema.Me gusta el producto, me permite entrar fácilmente cuando llego, nada de llaves ni necesidad de batallar con las cosas que cargo, la puerta se abre sola.-----------------------I have 2 years with this lock, it has worked without problem, the auto unlock mode has worked fine, and is really handy (so far this is the only product I have found with this feature), it is just matter to be sure that the mobile phone is set to allow the application to work in the background, once that is done, it works flawlessThe fingerprint option let me to configure the auto lock mode so we are confident the house is locked and it is very simple to unlock it if we do not carry the mobile.The log has given me the possibility to know when my kids come home, when they go out...A few days ago I had a problem, the lock motor stop working, the technical support was really quick and responsive, and even if the product was out of the guarantee period they offered to replace it, that is extraordinary. Fortunately, the system was working again after I let it 24 hours without battery, so the exchange was not needed, but my experience with the technical support returned me back the confidence on the product for any future failure.So far, I love it, very handy, now I can enter when I return home without any effort, I do not need to worry if I have my hands loaded, there is no need to use a key or dial a code, the door unlocks itself!

se instaló y se usa en Mexico.Retire la chapa manual e instalé ULTRALOQ U-Bolt sin ningún problema, sin contratar ningún cerrajero, pues los hoyos ajustaron perfecto.Esta opción con Adaptador WIFI, el modulo blanco separado (en la imagen) entrega la funcionalidad de control a distancia mediante la app proporcionada a través de internet.Reporta intentos fallidos, exitosos, si el pestillo se trabo, apertura manual o con clave, horarios de apertura y cierre por usuario registrado, etc.Fue una solución perfecta para la comodidad de mis huepedes.

I have been using this product for about 6 months. This particular model (not the Pro) does not have a fingerprint reader.PROS:- easy to install, fairly thorough instructions and includes a paper template. I had absolutely no problems with the install, but I'm fairly handy.- as long as I have an internet connection, I can tell if I forgot to lock the door, and can lock it remotely.- if a person is coming and I'm not home, I can unlock the door via the app. Perfect to let a friend, a trusted contractor, or the kids in while I'm out, without needing to give them a physical key which can be copied or lost- looks nice. My original door hardware was had a brushed nickel finish so this fits right in- very compact. The original designers put all the numbers and everything really close together, so a lot of the other automatic door options didn't fit- the auto lock is super handyCONS:- takes a long time to connect via app to the device, so I'm waiting quite a while when I open the app. More of a nuisance than a problem- the auto lock feature can activate at inconvenient times (like when you need to hold the door open for a long time, or just as you are closing the door) which means that the bolt can smash against the door jamb accidentally. But this is a problem with most locks that have an auto-lock feature- the magic shake function doesn't really work well for me because it can't tell which shake is intentional so when I'm inside, the lock keeps unlocking unintentionally. I ended up turning off this feature.- no wifi on the lock itself, it needs the bridge as an adaptor, and the bridge must be pretty close.- if the door runs out of batteries and you didn't have an offsite backup key, then you would be hooped!I had a problem with the device not turning on, even with fresh batteries. So I made use of the technical support, and they got back to me extremely quickly, suggested some things, like re-setting the lock by removing the batteries and keeping the lock at no-power status for 5 minutes. That seems to have done the trick. So kudos to the responsive tech support.
