Did not work well at all
Although the instructions were easy, these were very difficult to manipulate into a proper fit. You have to place in cooling water and mold to your mouth, and even then, the ends tended to rub the gums wrongly.

my dentist informed me that I have a grinding issue and said that I needed to get a mouthpiece costing $430.00! I declined and came to Amazon and found this product, now you must follow directions to T I tried to make my first one and I failed but the second try I got it right and it does the trick perfectly. Sometimes it will fall out of my mouth during sleep but I'm also all over sleeper so that could be the issue with that.
