A Small Scale Approach to Organic Laboratory Techniques

Great, my book came all nice packed and on time. Recommend it!

Very good condition, I love it!

This lab textbook was definitely a great rental for the price of $25 (tax included). I used this book constantly for my Organic Chemistry part 2 class (even more than my lecture pdf). I liked the essay readings before each chapter that gave a mini-history and background on each lab and its current uses in society; the detailed spectroscopy examples and explanations; and the layout that each lab experiment had and the suggestions and warnings provided. In addition, the book had chapters dedicated to specific lab techniques in case anyone needed a refresher.What I didn't like about this book was that sometimes the procedures were vague. You can imagine how difficult lab became on the days that I wasn't able to read the procedures and plan my experiment. Luckily, the instructor would occasionally show pity on us and bring clarity to those sections and I had great classmates.

I ordered A Small Scale Approach to Organic Laboratory Techniques Fourth Edition by Donald Pavia but I received Organic Chemistry Eighth Edition by John McMurry. This is not the book that I need for class and please contact me so that I may receive the correct book.
