Fonzo is my new favorite pet
The media could not be loaded. Recent update 2018:Fonzo is refusing to charge. The vacuum is completely useless now. It worked great when it worked but now changing my five star review to a one star. You can’t get in contact with the company to troubleshoot for parts or technical support. Ridiculous considering how much Fonzo cost.I am so impressed by Fonzo. My friend has a Rumba it's loud, doesn't have a cleaning pattern, and the dust bin is small. Fonzo is definitely quieter than Rumba. I am impressed by the cleaning patterns because you know every part of the floor is cleaned. I have it on auto so it can choose which cleaning pattern to use for which room. The dust bin is big. When you remove it there's a flap to prevent dust from falling out. On the side is a button to press to empty the bin. Be careful though, the filter screen fell out when I just dumped it because it is not secure when you open it. The UV is light great. I keep it on every time it cleans. The docking station is perfect. It has a clock on it and you can schedule what day and time you need cleaning. The mop and vacuum feature work at the same time. However, it cannot differentiate between carpet and tile. If you have it on mop mode it will mop your carpet. The mopping isn't drenched wet. It's more like a swifter wet. The water reservoir was under all the foam packaging when I received it in the box. Make sure you don't throw it out! I almost threw mine away. I will mostly use my Fonzo for vacuuming because I'd rather old school mop the floors once a week. We have a half an inch lift that Fonzo does great with. There's no troubles with it getting stuck. The only time it gets stuck is when it was forcing it's way under our couch. I do want it to clean under our couch but the couch is just a little too low. Our couch is a sectional from Ashely's furniture. To fix this I bought 1 inch risers to give Fonzo just enough clearing to get all that dust underneath. Now it never gets stuck. I have two pets and was in desperate need of maintenance vacuuming. This has exceeded my expectations! I love Fonzo and he is now a part of the family!Update: since I've had Fonzo I haven't vacuumed at all! I'll even put it up stairs to vacuum then just bring it down to the charging station once it's dead. I haven't had any issues with Fonzo finding the charging base. The little issue I had was under the couch. I placed a weighted box in one section under the couch it would get stuck at, Fonzo would then go around it and not get stuck. Also, Fonzo loves socks so my husband has finally learned to pick up after himself. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. My main concern was pet hair and dust. Fonzo cleaning daily has helped out tremendously.Update 2: After 6 months, Fonzo definitely needed to be cleaned. The roller brush underneath is super easy to remove. I had a ton of hair caught on the bristles of the brush. It was easy to remove it out to clean. Also the side brushes that are circular and spin, to remove that all you have to do is pull on it and it comes out. It then snaps back into place. Cleaning and maintaining Fonzo has been way easier than maintaining the dyson we have. By the way, we still haven't used the Dyson since we bought Fonzo. I uploaded a few videos of Fonzo: finding home (charging base), under couch, not falling down the stairs, over a rug, over the half inch lift in our house that we have from vinyl wood to tile. I also uploaded the dirt bin after 4 days of cleaning! We have a cat and dog. Look at all that pet hair!

It worked fine until it wasn't
It worked fine until it wasn't. It only worked for a month and then it just wouldn't turn off, it kept spinning and wouldn't go to charger,we had to do hard turn off button. BUT while it worked it got stuck A LOT. On cords, on door mat, between chairs. We had to vacuum-sit it :). The hair got tangled around the brash and it was really hard to clean it. The water tank is tiny and mopping function is practically useless. It is pretty noisy (not as noisy as Roomba though). Overall it was OK while it worked, but it didn't last long . The seller is awful. They didn't want to do anything to help us when our vacuum broke, they said they don't technical support and referred me to a manufacturer web site in China! This doesn't help me. I didn't want to keep the device that broke in a month. What I expected is a refund, but the seller didn't want to refund me and take the broken unit back. Thanks to amazing Amazon customer service , we got partial refund . BTW the price is reduced now. We bought it in march 2017 for $259.99 . I'm glad to see that they reduced the price.

This...is...AWESOME
I do not know why I've not bought one of these before...actually, I do...I was always looking at the brand name which is way, way more expensive. This came in at the right price with the right functionality. As previously mentioned, do not throw away the mop attachment as it is on the other side of the box inside. It could be easily missed.ProTip: Read the instructions concerning operation...don't be like someone **cough** me, *cough* who had this operating for 30 minutes and being unsure as to why it was barely picking anything up and was so quiet...I then learned it was because I did not have the vacuum function on...I was pretty embarrassed when showing the wife. Once I turned it one, all was good in the world. This has:Excellent suction for a tiny little vacuumUV light to sanitize the floorBrushes reach farIt's intuitiveIt freaks the cats out (bonus)Battery life is awesomeIt mopsIt cleans automatically on a scheduleIt senses barriers and moves around themHas a nice filtration system on itEasy to dump the binCons:Takes a while to chargeOverall, this has been amazing for my living room and the pet hair...my goodness, the pet hair is gone and it's wonderful!Overall, definitely recommended!
