I got it a couple days later with the bar that was missing in the first package5 stars for customer service4 stars quality controlThanks for reaching out to me!The shelf was in good shape when we received our package but it was missing the bar that goes across to hand the medals from.

Exactly what I needed for my son’s room.He had his trophies and medals all over the place. I saw this and decided to try it. Works perfectly for what I needed and he likes it. However if you have a lot of trophies you will need multiple shelves, and it only good for small based trophies.

This was perfect for my 11 year old son. We needed something small but sturdy to hang his medals and a few trophies.

Easy to install and sturdy to hold 10+ medals plus trophies. Great customer service. Package came without hardware. Contacted seller who quickly shipped out missing items.

My son likes to organize his Medals but the reason for 1 star off is because of the instruction that says make 11” holes, but the holes are actually more than 11” apart just make sure to measure it properly otherwise you would have unnecessary holes in the wall.

This was perfect for my needs. My only suggestion on the product itself would be a groove in the top lengthwise to hold the picture up. But the trophies did it.

It was shipped promptly to me. However, it was missing one of the hanger support. I was disappointed since it was a Christmas present for my daughter. When contacted the company, they immediately send me a replacement and apologized for the defective product. It was easy to hang and looks beautiful. My daughter is happy.

The medal hanger and trophy shelf arrived with multiple small damages. The front corner looks crushed and the paint chipped. I colored it in with a black sharpie before taking the attached photo. There were other areas of the shelf that had small nicks in it but they were easily covered. Overall, the item isn’t that bad but wasn’t properly packaged for shipping. I’m primarily disappointed about the damage.

I was disappointed when I received this unit. The paint job had splotches and was very uneven (see pictures). It looks like it was done either very carelessly or by a child. I have tried to hide these areas but for the price, I expected a little better quality.

Mine was chip a bit in the corner , but all the rest it’s worth it
