This coat is nice, comfortable and most importantly warm!! I warned it during a trip to Norway while snowing and 15 degrees. Didn't feel cold at all. I were thermal top under a thin sweater and not cold at all!

With the polar vorteses rolling through from time to time during the South Carolina Winters, I needed a good quality warm coat that wouldn't get ripped to shreds on something like a blackberry cane. I was able to get this coat at half price and although the hood isn't sherpa lined, it is still very warm. When I go out on cold mornings to feed my animals, I often get too warm and have to unzip it before I finish. That's not a problem at all. I love that the zipper works well and the faux fur trim is removable. The pockets are really deep, so I can store things there and still have room to put my hands in to warm them up. I probably could have worn a large size, but I'm older and like to have room to move, so I got an extra large. If the wind blows hard enough it might chill my midrift if I don't have on a long tailed shirt, but that rarely happens. The sleeves are long enough which is nice as most things have sleeves that are too short for my monkey arms. The length of the coat is such that the only place I feel any cold is from my knees down to the tops of my socks. The sleeves have sherpa inner sleeves at the bottom to keep the cold off my wrists and inside the back of the coat also has sherpa lining to keep your back extra warm. It seems to be very waterproof and durable which is what I needed. I definitely recommend this coat!

Love how this coat fits. Zipper is easy! Nice and warm too! Only problem was the shipping. It went everywhere before I got it.

This is a great, warm coat! I got this and another to compare. I love the color of this coat and that the material would be easy to clean and not soak up rain or snow. I really wanted to keep this coat but the pocket supports were rough on my hands, it was "crunchy"/noisy with simple movements, and because of the hood the high neck (which was a plus to protect against midwestern winter winds) was uncomfortable unless fully zipped. The other option is to remove the hood, which I use often in the winter. Sizing was perfect, color was beautiful, warmth was spot on.It came highly recommended for recess duty and it is a great quality coat. I can see why so many people love this coat!

I overlooked others winter coats because I fell on love with my last Eddie Bauer. This one is even better - it checks off all the boxes for pockets, comfort, durability and color. I was disappointed that the expected delivery date was going to be later than I'd hoped, but knowing the quality was worth it, I didn't settle for something that would arrive more quickly! My patience paid off with an earlier deliver date! I love my new coat and can't wait to wear it all hockey season.

My first time wearing my new coat it happened to be cold, raining and very windy. The rain rolled right off the coat and I wasn't cold at all! I am very pleased! I am 117 lbs. and 5'3" and the small fit perfectly.

I love everything about this coat. The steel blue color, the fit/style and the soft inside. I am 5'6", 160#, size 12-14. I wear size large shirts for my big upper arms. The size L coat fits great.
