I swear this is some kind of miracle ointment. I had plantar fasciitis for nearly 18 months and was in constant pain until someone introduce me to this. In a few days Pain was resolve. It has now permanently become part of the first aide kit

Stops Pain Quick...I have a bad hip and a bad knee... I put these patches on and it stops the pain for several hours...could not live w/o them! I have found that the large back size is not as strong or as helpful as these are.
