Since posting the following review, the maker has offered me a full refund if I will change my review to 5 stars and to say, regarding the cleaning, that "everything is fine", which of course I am not willing to do. The seller obviously has some ethical issues.And yet another offer. This time they say that I no longer need to make a positive review, but want to know if I will consider just deleting my review. This seller just doesn't get it and probably never will. Good luck if you choose to do business with them.________________________________________It works great but is a pain to clean. Hair jams the rotary heads and each head has to be picked clean or you get a "cleaning" error. The promotional video shows the head being cleaned under a faucet. Water just makes picking out the impacted rotors more difficult. Compressed air fails to loosen jammed hair as well. After using the shaver half a dozen times, one of the rotors dislodged from its hinge and now will not stay put. Once again, the shaver works well when it is clean and stays together. I just don't have the time to maintain its fragile structure. The switch is also under your thumb when you are using the razor in a comfortable position and is easily triggered off while you are using it. I'm throwing it out. Too late to return it.

I am a female with Alopecia (male pattern baldness) and I've used clippers for years without a problem, I've seen these type of razors advertised and thought I would give them a try because they seem to be a lot less messy and I like the look they give.I did a lot of looking and reading of reviews and settled on these, I was so excited to try them but the end result was not what I expected so I'm returning them.I found nothing else wrong with this razor except it didn't work for me unfortunately, I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

As pictured item fell apart and rusted in less than six months. Seller offered to pay me a gift card to delete my first review, then never paid... The "waterproof" item fell apart from hot water... their glue is like hot glue gun glue. Heat it up.... it releases. Ordered a replacement item and had same experience. Good thing I kept both because I had a feeling this item was trash... Shaver head was oiled up out the box with who knows what kind of grease. Possibly caused razor burn and irritation. I had to spend $35 on tend skin treatment and andis clipper cleaner spray to clean that gunk out and make my scalp irritation stop. run..... stay away.

Worked great the first 3 times, 4th time started to glitch, now doesn’t work at all. It’s cheap plastic low quality junk. Would not recommend. Zero stars.

Great battery powered handy shaver.It looked huge on the pictures but it's actually really handy and not that heavy. Shaves also facial hair, my skin is actually 8 times smother now and I finish shaving 8 times faster. After about 5 minutes of use battery level indicator was showing 90 more minutes of use. Not bad for that price.
