Work great in the rain
I bought these for my husband because he works outside year round. These keep him completely dry and warm even in the harshest weather. They do run a little small and he puts them over his regular clothes so he did have to go 2 sizes up. I would definitely recommend these if you work outside.

Skip bigger names go with Viking!
I work doing pressure washing so I'm getting soaking wet for anywhere from 3 to 5 hours a day getting hit with water from all sides. So I needed something that would really protect me but also breath.I've always heard grudins is a fantastic brand a lot of people in Alaska wear them so I decided to spend the money on some of their bibs. I returned them within just a few weeks because they were already leaking through the seams. My jacket however from them is fantastic. So I decided to try these lesser-known brand bibs and I am super glad I did! They seem to be twice as durable as the other brand I've had them for several months now and they are going strong. I've had a couple times where the right knee has leaked through a a little bit and my knee cap is a little wet but nothing too bad. Can't find a hole or anything and it's only happened a couple times out of a few months so I'm guessing it's just some kind of fluke. Anyway I love them definitely would recommend them!

Keep the wind and rain off
I like that I stayed dry and keeps the wind off. The material seems very durable and of good quality. The snaps worked ok but did pop off probably from bending over. I decided to crisscross the suspender straps to keep them from sliding off my shoulders but it is not a deal breaker.I would buy them again.

Not a great fit, waist snap broke on first wear
So I was a little worried about the fit. Tight in the waist, long in the inseam. Adjusted the shoulder straps and Velcro on the pant legs and it worked OK. Bought these because another reviewer said they hold up to blackberry thorns. Yes, they did that just fine, no rips on my first outing. However, the snap for the waist popped off on my first time wearing them. Stitching around the waist band started to unravel as well. I'll need to look into putting another (better) snap on, or a button or something. Shame, too, because they are pretty nice pants. The zipper is one of the best features. Just wish it was made a little better.

Size could be a negative. Poor workmanship throughout .
This is an addition to my original post. I recently used these for two trips on the ocean. The bibs kept me dry, were fairly easy to get on and off even with boots on. They were waterproof and comfortable to wear until the sun came out. They DO Not breathe . My pants were wet with sweat at the end of the day. I was ready to live with all that. After washing, I observed that there was stitching coming apart (see pictures)and that was after one use. I can see them falling apart at some future date and am returning them. It is unfortunate as there were many things I liked about time. Giving them 1 star. The ad states that going by my past purchases Medium was the size to order. I am 5ft 6 in and weigh 160 pounds, I have a 33 inch waist and no butt to speak of. These fit , but are tight in the crotch and snug around the waist. I am in hopes they will loosen with use. They are a couple of inches too long, so if I ordered larger size they would be useless. Be advised that if you are my size and very much overweight you will not get in them. You cannot shorten them as they have zippers at the ankles that are great for putting them on over your boots.

Seems to be a great deal
I was worried about purchasing online because I wasn't sure about sizing. I'm 5'6 and about 130lb. I ordered a medium and they fit very nicely. I was looking for something that would keep me dry and protected when working outdoors (digging, clearing blackberry bushes, etc.) The material is thick and appears durable. I think they will be perfect for my new job, but I will update if I find they don't hold up.Update: I've had them for 3 weeks worth of outdoor work, including working in thick blackberries, demolition of a home in the middle of the woods, and lots of labor involving hauling around heavy stuff (wood, pier blocks, glass windows) and trudging through 6 inches of mud and water. And every single day we've been working it has been pouring down rain. I've yet to get wet (besides the condensation buildup). And I've yet to tear a hole in them. These things rock.

Medium size seems about right for a 5 foot 4 person with a 31-33 inch waist.
To give some context, I am 5 foot 4 and wear around a 31-33 inch waist depending on the pant brand. The medium size of these waterproof pants fits just about right if I make the suspenders pretty short. This is because I need to hike up the pant lets a bit due to my short height. But it is still giving me room in the crotch even when I am using the suspenders to pull up the pants quite a bit. I think if there were not suspenders on these then the length of the pants would be too long for my height. The elastic on the waist in the medium size isn't super stretched or tight on my 31-33 inch waist, so I have a feeling the pants would start to sag if I were only relying on the elastic in the waistband to hold them up.

Great Quality
Very happy with the quality and durability of this rain gear. I hope to provide a long term update in the future. So far with the rain and snow it has done its job to keep the user dry.

4XL still to tight a fit for a normally 3XL wearer
I normally wear 3XL work overalls with plenty of room in them to fit comfortably. But these pants are very tight and way smaller then expected from a 4XL garment. Rain gear should be generously sized and this one is not. I ordered these to replace my worn previous Viking bibs which fit reasonably well but somehow I think the accountants tape measure was used to produce these pants, so I had to send them back. To bad they are well build

Good value for money.
Purchased these as foul weather gear primarily for fishing and they are great, they keep me dry, warm and comfortable, all you can ask for in a rain gear. I typically wear a medium but moved up to the large in these and they fit well with enough room to be comfortable when sitting as well as walking. If these are as good as my Viking rain jackets, I can’t imagine getting wet in them and they should last a long time.

Not True XXL more like XL
As far as water proof, wind proof and rip resistant, these pants are great... the problem is they are not true XXL these are XL at the best. They are very well made and I will likely buy them again in the future, but I will buy a larger size than I normally get.Example if your a L order an XL, M order a L, XXL order XXXL etc

suspenders way too big...
I got these for outdoor excursions like dog walking, camping, cutting wood etc...so far have been great...it hasn't been real cold or rainy yet so still to be fully tested. My only complaint is the suspenders must be generic for all sizes...no guywearing small like i do needs miles of adjustment...they are a bit bulky when shortened down for me..I am 5'8" .. otherwise Id say good for the money...
