These are the best head pins I’ve purchased on line - just sturdy enough so they hold the loops, not so firm I can’t get a good bend. There’s a great assortment of colors and sizes, and the quantity is sufficient to last a good while.

The heads are off-center with the exception of the stainless steel pins. Lower gauge than advertised. Fewer head pins than advertised.~ Pic 1 ~ The five bags, 100+/- 5 510-ish total. None of the bags had more than 108 pcs. Two were exactly 100. Not “600” total, as the description states.~ Pic 2 ~ Two of the bags are a freaking mess, which renders them useless. Three are relatively straight with only a few bent, and nearly all are usable. So it CAN be done.~ Pics 3 & 4 ~ Bright silver and antique gold are useless. My ability to use these shouldn’t be predicated on using another tool to first straighten them so they’re suitable for jewelry making.~ Pic 5 ~ With the exception of the stainless steel, none of these head pins are 22 gauge, as is stated in the photo. I measured five of each color: three were 20 gauge, one was 21 gauge, and the stainless were 22. I do lots of wrapping and these are unsuitable for my work with the exception of the stainless, (which I have plenty of) and I only got those because they were part of the mix.

Took a star off-spots on gold pins.•Arrived in plastic container & separated in bags. •Pin bends easily, but, NOT by the slightest touch. (Ex. Beaded jewelry gets snagged on clothing, some pins will bend open & beads come off, these won’t) ~~>GOLD:•arrived with tarnish/spots on them (pic3)•Head of pins all relatively same size USA dime for size reference (pic2)•Few leaves in bag (maybe pins packed outside by hand?) NO big deal, only mentioning for sake of thoroughness•Star removed for spots on the pins (pic 2) ~~>SILVER:•arrived in great condition•head pins all relatively same size (pic 6)•this bag had earring back in it (again NO big deal, only mentioning for sake of thoroughness)

These are not perfectly straight but nothing I can’t handle. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. The photo shows straight pins, separated in the box, presumably each color in their own slotted section. This box is not divided and the majority of the pins are bent up. I specifically picked this brand due to the advertised photos. I can use them. However I’m quite frustrated.

75% of the pins were bent. Not a single pin was centred on the head. I might get away with using them for demonstrating when teaching. I think these are the dregs picked up off the floor that did not pass inspection.

The gold started coming off like foil as soon as I bent any of the gold pins. I haven’t used the silver ones yet but if they’re not plated they’re probably fine.

Cramming all these earrings pins into such tiny bags has them all bent and crooked. They are very hard to straighten out as it is but bent and twisted! Almost impossible. I’ll keep them for bits and pieces but try putting them in bigger bags as other sellers have and they arrive straight and useful.
