Q: Does it work for a BMX?

I don't know. It is well made but way too loose for a road bike with narrow tires. Would be good for bike with tires close to the maximum width (2"). I returned this and purchased a BikeHand floor stand which is great!

Q: I never received the bike stands, even though it says they were delivered August 15. What is the best way to resolve the problem?

I has to call Amazon directly because of the same thing. They told me it was an error and gave me a date that I would receive....never came
