Zipper opens from the bottom all the way around as the "handle side" acts as a hinge. This allows the whole inside to open up which is easy to clean I guess but not practical. And if you have things in and forget to zip your side pocket, things will fall off as you open the case.

Good material

My Dell XPS 15 fits snuggly into ProCase with more than enough room. The interior of the case is like a smooth fleece material (see photo) that keeps laptop dry and I would imagine protects laptop from and minor scratches or wear and tear when constantly sliding the laptop in and out of case. Item delivered promptly and in usual Amazon envelope packaging.I do have one concern and that is the design of the ProCase has the zipper open at the bottom of the case (see photo) and not where the handle is. Usually cases open at the same location as the handle. Initially when opening the ProCase I held the handle and nearly let my laptop slip out of the case which would have been a disaster. Maybe interior straps to help hold laptop but they would need to be strong. I am pleased with the item though.

Delighted with this case; I use it for my iPad Pro 12.9". The inside of the case is very soft and access is easy with a zip around 3 sides of the case with 2 zippers, so that the case has great access. I often have a couple of pieces of A4 paper in with my iPad which travel without getting wrinkled. The zippered pocket on one side is useful though I don’t keep much in it as I prefer to keep the profile of the case slim. I use a walking frame and the case goes in the bag easily and is well protected. The material is tough and has so far withstood some mild curiosity from my budgie, the case has been well made with quality material. I haven’t had the opportunity to test its water resistancy. The colours are smart and clean. Overall this case is ideal for travelling, giving excellent protection. I also use the case to store the iPad when I’m not using it as it is so easy & convenient. I would be happy to recommend this product.

It's a lovely case, it's nice and soft inside and fits my son's pixelbook perfectly, with the charger and accessories in the pocket. I haven't checked whether it is water resistant as stated, and I don't really expect to test it's robustness as it stays in the house. I do like the way it opens flat and allows you to use the laptop on it. The only criticism I have is that the case items from the bottom, which wasn't clear in the images. I worry that it will be picked up whilst not zipped up properly, and crash to the floor, hence the loss of a star.

Awesome bag, quality materials and well made. Looks great, it's interior is very soft to touch so the hardware is well protected from scratches. The only thing the designers didn't thought through is the side pocket. It would be more practical if it could accommodate A4 document. Sadly A4 doesn't fit. When I a'm out and about I use a privacy filter which is of exact size of the viewable screen area and the filter barely fits in the pocket causing zip gliding over the top edge of the filter. For above reasons I didn't give the bag 5 stars.

Bought this for my surface pro - it arrived promptly the next day (I had ordered it very late the previous day, so was expecting to wait for an extra day. It was slightly small - it fitted, but only just, so decided to return it and replace it with the next size. The replacement arrived the next day and the refund was in my account as soon as it was registered by collect+. The product itself is good quality, a nice colour, just as in the picture. I would say that my purchase is to protect the equipment - if I was using it as a carry case, I would have looked at a different style, but it was perfect for my needs.
