My husband changed the light bulb.
The light burned out in the hallway. We have high ceilings. The step ladder was too short. This ladder worked just right. He changed the bulb.

Hard to maneuvre and not straight when deployed
I'm very glad to have the ladder despite the difficulties in using it by one person and the issues with not being straight once fully opened and straightened from the V shape. The weight of the ladder makes it difficult to open and close the telescope parts by one hand while the other is holding it.Compared with previous telescoping ladders, the addition of better bottom stability feet is welcome. It's s great addition even if it could be vastly improved in design

Fast shipping and would buy from seller again.
The ladder is a great addition. I work for ADT and when installing cameras it's great

DO NOT BUY
Stay far far away from this product. It is not easy to use, it is heavy and it does not feel safe! The lock keeps getting stuck in the unlock position, it moves while I am on it. Complete waste of money.

great idea, poorly executed. scary and unreliable
I bought this hoping to get lots of height with minimal space. It has been a frustrating disappointment. Opening and closing is like pulling a wet raccoon through molasses....hard, wriggly and kinda scary. It didn't help that one of the thumb sliders broke within a few days after warranty, and how does one get that fixed. "can I order a replacement slider thingy?" Yeah, dream on! The workaround is to always have a flat head screwdriver handy to insert and move the mechanism across....lame.Finally, when you open it up to full height, climb up and transition from the bottom steps, across the hinge to the upper section, the flexing, creaking, and bending is supremely unnerving. Coupled with the clip breaking (like what role does that play in the ladder's integrity, one wonders 9 feet off the ground?!) you start to question just how reliable the whole Meccano set is.All in all, a great concept, dubiously executed.

I give it 3 stars. It's portable yes but not the most stable thing.
It's very portable and fits right in the back of my car, but... It's wobbly, heavier than a little giant, and needs to be fully extended to be safe. I can see it bend under my weight (im 200lbs)when climbing, which is a bit scary. I don't recommend doing any heavy work with it. It's also got more weight then a little giant, but that's okay. The biggest problem is that it has to be fully extended when using. If you don't fully extend it, it will fall forward as soon as you step on it because the other side wants to extend and cause it to slide under your weight. It's REALLY scary the first time it happens. I learned to buckle the strap to prevent that, but how strong can a plastic clip really be? I would be okay with it sliding but it wants to fall forward and the side you're standing on will fully extend and bend under you which is a chance for it to break. I got this for doing vinyl applications (light duty) which it will work for, but I don't suggest doing any tough work on it. I haven't tested how strong it is because I'm not crazy enough to make high than the 4th step yet. Also, take into account that the steps are just square tube and not tilted, so you are standing on the corner on the steps when climbing... Trust me, it's no fun to get a bruise across your feet after being on it for any period of time. Wear good boots, because it's like walking on rebar.

Great but heavy
Wonderful and sturdy, just a little heavy to fully extend up.

Not safe, Not sturdy. Do Not buy.
This thing is a cheap piece of junk. Extended past 7 feet, it bends and buckles. On top of that, you could easily slice off a finger trying to close it. Which is probably why there are four or five danger stickers on it, warning you of that. Do not buy.
