Love how easy these are to use on my fingers. Wearing and rolling them up and down on the fingers feels good and stimulating. Really nice that there are so many in this package cause I've shared quite a few with family and friends. The ones I've used have held up really well with daily use. They stretch enough to fit a variety of fingers/hands.

My mom wanted these rings since her fingers started aching and she saw a video where these could help so I bought them on a whim. They weren't that expensive, so I agreed. I took some since she didn't need that many and they really helped. Rolling them along my fingers felt nice and soothing to me. The thing about these rings is that you have to roll it along your fingers and not wear it. The ring does stretch so it will fit fingers and toes. It will constrict if you leave it on your finger for maybe 7-8 seconds. It's not pointy so it won't prick your fingers. It feels more like playing with a mini slinky toy, so it's not supposed to hurt. I've only had it for a few weeks and none broke yet so it's quite sturdy.

Excellent feel. Silent. Can fit in a pocket. Affordable enough that they can be bought at quantity and if one or five are lost it's not a big deal. Keep spares in key places just in case.

Fun to use and share with others

I give these out to kids who struggle w focus, fidgeting, ADHD/add, etc. They really like them, both boys and girls. I'm a school counselor.

If you’re buying these for your kids, I’d advise against it. You will step on them for a week or two other than that these things rule.

Although you get s good quantity for the price they are not suitable to keep on fingers for any length of time as they quite thick & spiky and do not adjust to fit fingers they clamp them so not fit to use. My son needed something to stop him anxiously picking his skin around fingernails but these are uncomfortable (even on small fingers). I gave to my mum who fidgets too and if you stretch them out they do not go back so don't work.

bought these in the hope they might help with my anxiety in rolling them up and down my finger to give my brain something else to think about but they don't work unfortunately. In fact they are quite sharp and painful and have made my fingers sore so gone in the bin

Husband uses these regularly for circulation.They seem to have magical properties.. They seem to multiply as I find them literally everywhere.

These are crap to put it polite. Once stretched they are ready for the bin, incredibly uncomfortable and gets very sharp when pulled out. I would not recommend these at all! I thought they were soft material but they are metal

Bought these for my kids after one of my daughters said she found them helpful when feeling stressed. Great value multi pack. Even distribution of colours which helps when sharing between kids.
