Decent jacket, it keeps you warm, but...
I really wanted to give this jacket 5 stars but unfortunately it falls short where the waist pockets are concerned. If it is cold outside and the wind is blowing, do not expect much warmth where the pockets are concerned. While the two jacket combo will keep your core nice and toasty, the waist pockets completely throws that off. I have not used the jackets individually as of yet, so maybe I will update this review at a later date once I do. For me, personally the hood was way too small to accommodate my locs, so I took it off completely. There are 3 pockets on the front, 2 by the waist, 1 on the chest. All 3 are spacious, I usually carry a portable battery with a charging cord in the chest pocket with space for maybe for a few additional little things. In the waist pockets I've carried gloves, hand warmers, keys and still had space for my hands to fit comfortably.Overall, it's a great jacket combo, but as I said in the beginning, the lack of insulation in the waist pockets was a huge letdown.

Short and Stout
Amazing, same company but jacket fits differently from other one I got from them. Sleeves are not as long as other jacket but still on long side. At least this one allows some fingers to show. The other winter jacket must have been on the plus side of .8 inch variance for length. At least they had mentioned there can be variances of size. This one I can at least add a more clothing to layer for cold days. It’s not as warm but I’m not feeling the wind thru it like the other jacket. Zippers are easier to handle. If you want the grey jacket then order the dark grey. There is a greenish sheen to it (but I kind a like the color). Pockets would have been nice on the inside like others have mentioned. Will update after trying it out on slopes later. Update 12/22/22: didn't make it to slopes but wore it in single digit temps. Jacket did heat up as I got more active but as other comments about hood is correct. Need to wear knit cap (or something similar) for warmth and a bill cap (especially if you wear glasses) if you don't want hood to collapse. The shell alone worked great as a windbreaker but could use a better way to divert heat in warm weather (60+ degrees) otherwise it's great as a rainy day jacket too. As far as the zipper covers goes Velcro or buttons need to be added. It gets annoying when wind is flapping it around. They did provide enough material overlap so I might try adding that on later. If they could make jackets for short and stout people in a consistent size I would definitely recommend.

-0 degree comfort
I bought this jacket because i saw the reviews of folks from Canada saying how warm it is. I'm glad i did...its almost too warm for Baltimore. The daggone liner is so warm the only time I add the shell is when its raining. If you're tired of peeling off layers, buy this jacket and just wear a tshirt or something underneath and you'll be fine down into 20's or so. Wearing layers with this jacket will break you out into a sweat unless ur in 0 degree or below weather conditions.

Good jacket.
It's comfortable. The liner is so soft it feels like it's cotton, but it is polyester. It could use an inner wind flap on the zipper or maybe a third snap to hold it closed. It's warm enough so far. I went out briefly today and it's only -19 F. (-28 C.) And -47 F with windchill. I was comfortable enough walking around wearing a t-shirt, a polo shirt, and a lightweight sweatshirt underneath the jacket and I was not uncomfortable. But I didn't really spend more than 5 minutes outside.

Wore this during Vermont winter and it was perfect.
I used to have a 3-in-1 jacket from london fog I found at goodwill and after a couple years it was just too beat up to keep using. I searched all over to find something as similar as I could. This jacket is a bit different than my old one, but also better. The most important difference is that it is WARMER! I have worn just the liner and just the shell during some warmer days here in Vermont and was sweating. On super cold winter days I wear a sweatshirt with this and I am super warm.I am female, 240lbs, and 5'5". I often buy mens clothing because it fits me much better. Rather than a top being super short and wide, or having trouble finding 3X or 4X tops depending on the company, I always fit in 1X tops for mens clothing. For this jacket, it was actually a bit big on me, even having a large chest. However, I found that to be a good thing when deciding to wear the liner only, as the liner is slightly smaller than the shell (it needs to be to zip into the shell) and so the liner by itself fit me perfectly. Also, having the full jacket on and a sweatshirt underneath fit very well. One gripe is that the arms are definitely long on me, and having my hands out of the sleeves pushes the shoulders up oddly so the shoulders come out looking a bit weird. But honestly I am okay with that. This jacket is also much lighter than my old london fog jacket, which was actually a smaller jacket but heavier than this is.The zippers on this work very well, haven't had any issues with them. They are plastic not metal so I am more careful with them but they have been really great. The liner attaches to the shell in 5 places - one zipper on each side, and then the loops on the back of the neck and inside each end of the sleeves with buttoned tabs. When taking the liner out to wear, you undo the connections and then turn it "inside out" to be rightside in and the liner has two smallish pockets.I had no problem with the rain with this jacket, the only issue being the hood is GIANT and I will likely fix this by putting some velcro on the back to tighten it up so it doesn't come down over practically my whole face.I am really happy with this purchase!! I will definitely look for wantdo products in the future.

We have longer arms in Canada
Great return policy because you will need it. Nothing has a standard for size anymore, sure it will fit but when you raise your arms it will be to short. You could go bigger then you run the risk of swimming in the merchandise. This is a three and one jacket the inside layer is put in backwards so that the outside facing shell is inside and the outside is facing the backside of the external shell? Why would you do that? I would like to have it so I don’t have to reverse my jacket if I take off the external shell. I don’t want to have to turn my jacket inside out it is pointless and silly. As well the inside of the first layer does not have any pockets on the inside to store precious valuable phones very bad design in many aspects. The original concepts for three and one is way better.

Great jacket, fits perfect.
I have teenage boy that hates wearing a coat, (imagine that) in the winter. He says he runs too hot. We have very cold winters here in northwestern Canada (-40 °C, 0 °F). He will wear this jacket, and says it provides the perfect amount of warmth. So, if you run little on the warmer side, this is the jacket for you! I bought an XL and it fits him perfect. He's 6'2" and 170 lbs.

Luckily, two piece
The outer shell becomes uncomfortably stiff and noisy at temperatures below freezing. I had to throw it out.The puffy inner jacket is light and warm enough on it own for most conditions, but isn't waterproof. It is wearable, but too expensive for what it is. Fit is large around the waist and neck. The lining in the sleeves slops out at the wrist.

Fit Perfect
The coat is good for moderately cold climate (I don't think I would use this if it's regularly -20C but at -5C to -10C it was fine.). The fit on the coat was perfect based on the sizing provided in the description. Very good value.

Product not quite as described
Low rating because they shipped a liner of different colour than ordered. Also jacket seems thin although I didn't expect better for the price.
