Wonderful service by amazon and it partner. Installation done at the same day of delivery .. Never believe on Single line review , look for detail review. Always believe on your selection rather than someone just saying it is not good or bad in single line. Lots of Detail review videos is available on internet channels . As per your requirement go for the product. It is suffices my requirement of Cold , Hot and monsoon (i.e. more Moisture). I am just a mentioning here two cons : 1) Remote does not have backlight, tough to operate in dark and 2) You can not remove Sound while operating from the remote, this is specially annoying in night . But if you can bear these two. then go for it .

LG has raised the bar in terms of quality and the features provided in this segment. The AC makes minimal noise and the cooling if efficient. The speciality of using a hot and cold AC is that it can be used as a heater during winter which is a must. I am however disappointed with the seller for not sending the copper pipe and another part which the installation team charged me extra. However, they told me to raise the issue on Amazon and I had a quick response from the customer care team at Amazon who reimbursed that money to Amazon pay.

After 3 months of usage I'm Pretty happy with my purchase . Go for it as having all the features you want from an ac . Cooling capacity and efficiency both are upto to the mark . Service by LG is also good up till now . Jet mode woks awesome .Pros:-Energy efficient5 mods works awesome .4 way swing can easily fill air all over the roomCould be termed in noiseless.Only cons I find are:-No backlight or display light in remote.Movement is 4 way of wings . But horizontal movement could be little more downwards.

Worst product not recommended to buy go for Panasonic inverter Ac they are really good compressor won't trip when stabilizer boost the voltage .Lg is the worst Ac manufacturing company they have to work a lot in the inverter model why compressor tripping is there when stabilizer boost the voltage and in the range voltage is 200-240 product compressor trip . I have complain so many times but brand is not proving any solution and they were unable to solve the tripping issue while on the other hand I purchased a new Panasonic 1.5 ton inverter I have tested it for a month even at frequent low to high voltage compressor is not tripping . Panasonic inverter can run perfect in 100v I have tested and this is real . I am a consumer I can say avoid buying lg Ac worst product they are building first there lg Ac brand technician say that sir your stabilizer is faulty then I have purchased new Ac stabilizer brand name is Vguard 400 plus for 1.5 ton 90-300 input and delivers 200-240 out put to run Ac after changing the stabilizer problem is same when stabilizer boost the voltage Ac compressor gets off and voltage is proper . I have contacted v guard stabilizer they said the problem is in the Ac . I have tested this new stabilizer with my Panasonic Ac when voltage boost Ac compressor is working fine .At last lg is worst brand in the Ac segment specially their inverter Ac . No cooling is there in the Ac, compressor tripping problem is there . voltage is perfect under 200-240v at this compressor trip .Happy customer please don't buy this Ac brand . they are making worst product no they are selling there brand name . my 44200 rs is in garbage because I buy this lg 1.5 ton inverter Ac .

Very good AC. I wanted both hot and cold AC and found it to be very effective. Go without a second thought if you have extra budget around 45k. Got it for 42.5k with no cost emi. 2500 for installation you need to pay with stand. 999 for LG stand. That should have been less. But if we talk about cooling and heating it is perfect.

I was reluctant to buy it online, looking at various feedback on missing part.I received AC with all part (including copper pipe) in the boxes.LG Service: AverageI had to create ticket via their WhatsApp service. My ticket was transferred between various service agencies. 2 day delay in receiving sms, installation invoice.Installation charges: OkInstallation - 1200, Stand - 750, Plus 18% gst on each component.You pay for additional parts if required, pipe, wire etc. Suggest- puchase 16A plug/stabilizer before hand. Watch out for drainage slope while installation.Performance: GoodInstant cooling. Only used for a week. Will update later, esp for heating

I chose to order it online after a bit of thought and, LG and Amazon have proven me right. The delivery was a bit delayed due to inefficient Delhivery service center but, it went like a breeze there on. I got the installation call on the day of the delivery and the technician did the installation on the same day. I recommend purchasing V Guard Inverter with this, using it and it's perfect. Do remember that you'll need an electrician for the electrical work of the AC like connection etc. Do arrange that. Thanks Amazon and LG
