HXDZFX 7 LED Skin Care Mask for Face and Optical Cosmetic Mask and Portable Neck Skin Rejuvenation Light Therapy Facial Care Mask.

After much research, I settled on this face and neck attachment combo LED mask and have been using it for 3 months. There is evidence that the red light provides anti-aging benefits for skin tone and that the blue light supports improvement in acne. I use the red light feature for 30min 3-4 times per week. I was specifically looking for a mask that also includes the neck. As we age the variance between the skin on the areas we take care of vs other areas that are sun exposed grows dramatically, so it is important to me that I treat my neck in addition to the face. Based on what I read and viewed from dermatologists (not product vendors), there is not a notable difference in efficacy of a more expensive mask vs. a more affordable one, as long as the same number and coverage of lighting is present. While I could have spent $400+ for a mask, this one gives me the same benefits at around 15% of the price. That's a win in my book. The only qualm I have with this mask is the comfort. It is a hard molded plastic and the neck attachment easily comes detached from the face mask if you move around too much. There are masks (again, more than 5x the price) that are a softer, more flexible material and are wireless. With those you can walk around and continue with regular life (in your house - don't go scaring the neighbors). With this mask you need to stay close to the wall plug. I simply use it while I am sitting down doing computer work or reading, or I lay down and meditate or take a rest as a nice calming break. The mask is just a bit uncomfortable after 30 minutes of wearing while sitting up. The comfort is very manageable though while seated, and very comfortable while laying down. I also use the two pieces over my hands regularly for additional anti-aging benefit on that area. I am very happy with this purchase overall. It was a relatively low cost one-time investment for a proven technology. it works as described and has great coverage of the face and neck. Recommended.

I don’t really get why people say it’s super heavy, because it feels light weight to me. It is however, uncomfortable around the eye area and bridge of the nose. I see some people say that the pain is unbearable, but I don’t think it’s painful at all..just a bit uncomfortable..nothing a bit of cushioning can’t fix. The black knobs that you can insert, do hurt, so I don’t use them. I don’t know how effective it is yet, because I just got it. At first impression, I do quite like it and feel I got my moneys worth. I’m happy with my purchase!Update after 5 days of use: It is too soon to tell how effective it is on fine lines, but my complexion is already starting to seem more bright and less dull. Also, I actually feel more energetic lately! I experience really bad brain fog, but lately I feel a lot more clear headed, less an anxious, and have more energy, which I guess is due to the red light strengthen the mitochondria within your cells. Mitochondria is what creates energy in your cells. At this point, I’d use it for energy boosting effects alone.

I love this mask. I notice a difference when I make time to use it daily. I use the red anti aging light the most and I feel like I look younger. I also like using the green light for acne. My acne is at bay for the most part but now and again if something triggers a break out I like to use that setting and it is very helpful. I love that I can set the time too. I can do a half hour or an hour. I did some research and it seems like it is safe to use everyday for as long as you want. You can use the blink setting to get all colored light benefits. I have a hard time making time to meditate. I always meditate when I’m wearing this because what else am I going to do. Lol. I’m becoming mentally healthy while I’m looking younger. Double whammy!!! Love love love it!!!!

I have some fine lines and sun damage I wanted to address I have noticed improvement with the fine lines. I am 25 so I don’t really look old or anything but a few weeks after using this consistently, I went to an event I had to buy a ticket for. The lady at the counter asked me how old I was because she thought I was 12 and could get in for free. 2 weeks later I was at target and my niece and nephew got stickers from the cashier and the cashier asked me if I also wanted stickers 💀 my only gripe is that the mask hurts my nose bridge.
