This week I purchased about four or five headsets. One of them had the assistant button behind the headset which I thought was incredibly inconvenient but the quality was good and it fit nice. The next one I purchased the assistant button would not respond to Google Assistant. That really served me no purpose. Since I am a hands-free person I really need a button that has quick access and turns on the assistant for android. Two more later and still no luck. These buttons just were not working for Android I'm quite sure according to the reviews they work great for Siri. So I would almost call those headsets false advertising. This headset however fit the bill. Noise cancellation was perfect as I tested it with a train 50 yards behind me and talking to a friend of mine and she said she could hear it but it was not overpowering in the least yet I could not hear her on the phone due to the loudness of the train. The assistant button knows what got me, worked perfectly. Hold the button down for 2 seconds and it even beeps which is a nice touch and then do your hands free. that sets tight fits on your head great I can shake my head, hang upside down like I do much when I'm working on sinks and other maintenance issues. All other phones seem to have a habit of just falling off. This is a great phone if you have an Android. Extremely light. The case that charges is a nice touch

I bought this hoping to use it for hands-free phone conversations, and for virtual work meetings. The people I'm speaking to have said my mic is picking up my voice clearly. However, the speaker distorts sound a bit, and it gets worse if the caller is not right next to their mic. For one person talking on air pods, I can follow the conversation well enough. For people on speaker phone in my virtual meeting, I could not understand a single word!Battery life is great, I have had 3 phone conversations each around 3-4 hours, and the charging case has only now depleted, with power still in the earpiece. I don't know how much I've got in this last charge, but earbud is working fine.I love that it came with 3 sizes of bud - I have small ear canals, and it doesn't make my ears hurt.

I bought this because I needed a device for my new-to-me vehicle that doesn't have bluetooth capability. This earpiece is comfortable and easy to use. Calls have been clear for both parties. The price was surprisingly low in my opinion. Pairing it with my phone was seamless. I like that the case lets me know the percentage of battery life left. The charge lasts a long time and it charges quickly. The only con is that it is a little bit difficult for me to get it folded correctly for the charging case. It's not troublesome enough for me to give it less stars though.

If you're looking for a low cost headset this is a great option. It has all the features you could ask for at this price point. I can confirm it works well with iPhone 13 and setup was a breeze. It's comfortable and I love the Siri shortcut and the charging case! My only real gripe is the sound quality is not the best, but at this price with these features I'd say it's more than passable. If you're wanting pristine call quality along with the nice charging case and controls you should really be looking at more expensive heatsets.

So excited to get this. Once connected a team member called me. I used the button to lower the volume and it popped up on my computer as I was lowering the volume. But the volume didn’t actually go down! I got to ZERO (visually on my computer) and still could hear my team mate very loudly! I can’t even use this! Is this a product flaw or am I doing something wrong? It should lower the volume when I click to lower it. 🫤

Great over the ear headset. Position is adjustable for maximum comfort. Sound quality is good as well. Mute button does not work with Five9 Agent softphone. Battery life is only about 4-5 hours.

La principal razón por la que lo compré es por qué hay una construcción muy ruidosa al lado de mi oficina. Investigué sobre el sistema de reducción de ruido de este auricular y lo adquirí.Ya hice pruebas y el ruido de la construcción es casi imperceptible para la persona con la que estoy hablando al usar el auricular.Es muy cómodo, el volumen es muy bueno y me impresionó la rapidez con la que se conecta al celular.Además se enciende y se conecta en cuanto lo sacas de su caja lo cual es súper conveniente para cuando entra una llamada.Lo recomiendo ampliamente y definitivamente lo volvería a comprar.
