I find that using these grips in concert with needle keys ensures a tight secure closure when connecting interchangeable Chiagoo needles and cables . It also facilitates ease in untighting and separating the needles from the cables. In my experience this is an indispensable accessory.

I use these little red hearts to tighten the tips on my interchangeable knitting needles. I know longer lose my knitting groove because a tip came off in the middle of a row I was knitting.Keep these babies in their original little bag in your notions bag because they are easy to lose.

These little hearts are fantastic and really worth the money after dealing with my cables loosening after every row. These hearts saved my sanity. However, I have knocked off 1 star because in my opinion these should have come standard in the set of interchangeable needles I purchased. At the price Chiaogoo needles are … you would think they would include a set of these to save their users the frustration of needles that will not tighten up without them.

I tried to use larger grippers that I have for jars already around the house, but they were a lot bigger. These smaller ones are easier to use for such a small job and easier to carry with my knitting supplies. I'm always looking to get rid of bulk.

I used these grippers for over a year as one piece before I ordered another one and I finally realized that there are two grippers stuck together!!!! They work much better now. 🤪🤪🤪

These are a great invention and worth the price like all ChiaoGoo products. Since I have received them my needles never become undone. Attention - there are 2 hearts per package but they arrive stuck together. They come apart easily.

Hiermit bekommt man die Schraubsysteme endlich so festgedreht, dass sich die Verbindung während der Strickens nicht mehr aufdreht. Achtung: Nur die Metallverbindungsteile damit festhalten!

No matter how tight I thought I screwed, my chiaogoo tended to unscrew from the cables - this was BEFORE I purchased these handy grippers - it makes a world of difference! The gripper have a matt finish on one side, you must use them with the shinier face (the one without the logo) touching the needles. No need to exert too much strength, my needles now stay on for a whole project (and I knit mostly garments, so I keep going for weeks on end). Thoroughly recommended to make sure you enjoy your Chiaogoo needles to the full!
