Mantle looks great
This mantle was easy to install & is sturdy. Packaging protected very well. Arrived timely. Great value for price. Looks great on my fireplace wall with new TV.

Perfect stealth storage
I LOVE this item. Not only is it beautiful, sturdy, and solid seeming, but the added hidden storage is genius. The wood is beautiful, installation is simple, and the craftsmanship is flawless.For storage, I drilled a small hole where I needed it for running cables, and now I have the perfect place for my streaming devices, tv box, etc, as well as ample covert space for other items.

Decent product.
Fold down front could have been aligned better. Installs easily with provided cleat. Solid wood, not particle board. Very sturdy. Great for hiding wires / cables and storing remotes etc.. Good product overall.

Beautiful Mantel and Excellent customer service
I have to say the mantel is beautiful. The only negative I can say is that the first one came damaged. I clearly received a product that had been returned by someone else. It was damaged, packed poorly and had tons of tape on the box indicating it had been opened and resealed. I thought it would be a hassle to get a replacement, but that was not the case. The company was very quick to respond, did not give me a hard time, and replaced it immediately. I was very pleasantly surprised. You would think that I would give them less than 5 stars but they took care of the problem so quickly and professionally that I just had to give them an excellent score.

Very nice. So glad we got it.
My fireplace isn't flat at all. It protrudes in all the wrong places. I had to make a few modification (jigsaw) to make it as flush as I could with the bulging stone behind it. Not the fault of the mantle.Other modifications was that drilled holes between the cubbies and the back for cables. I highly recommend. It took us a while to mount it but was so worth it.

I don’t write a lot of reviews on Amazon, but this one I would like to share. This is an absolutely beautiful piece. Its built well and the finish is flawless. 10 out of 10 would buy it again!

No instructions, no hardware included, returned item
The shelf itself looks great. Seems sturdy, the color is nice, does not feel cheap. There were no mounting instructions or hardware in the box, no holes drilled to hang it with, and pencil marks on the back of it. I am thinking I received a returned item. Also, the small piece of wood it hangs on is cut too large, so if you are not able to shave off a bit, it’s not going to fit.
